I've visited during peak hours in which all of the tables in the front are taken up but they had a hidden back room that had a a few more tables and chairs. The staff has always been friendly anytime I've visited no matter how busy it is inside. This is a popular coffee shop so even if the line is long the staff is well trained to keep the line moving.
