When I spoke with the manager, their excuse was "well I have employees with COPD who can't wear a mask". This is a terrible excuse. Those with COPD CAN wear a mask, in fact they're at higher risk for contracting and dying from Covid-19. Even if they couldn't wear a mask, they could wear a face shield. Very disappointed in this place as it did have good food and was convenient.

I visited another coffee shop on main street and the small mocha at shop was $1+. Petals & Perks is large inside and can easily accommodate a variety of group sizes. I've visited during peak hours in which all of the tables in the front are taken up but they had a hidden back room that had a a few more tables and chairs. The staff has always been friendly anytime I've visited no matter how busy it is inside. This is a popular coffee shop so even if the line is long the staff is well trained to keep the line moving. If you want to avoid the crowd, come bring and early.
