I am not a runner at all and probably spent more time walking than running. But the class was so positive and to be honest, everyone was so focused on themselves that they didn't care what I was doing. I have to make sure I'm staying safe too and won't injure myself. I enjoyed the class so much that when I came back to the city, I started taking classes once a week at a location near my job.
