So we went to the front desk, which had no one there. There was a map of the first floor, with no obvious elevator on it. I called both numbers that show up when googling, one of which went to the store, and another to a call center which transferred us to the store. No answer. We heard someone talking down the hall, I tried loudly to get their attention asking for help and was ignored before they disappeared. Called another number on their website, which went again to the call center. Asked them to try calling the store, given our results. My mom by that point found the phone number for the person we were meeting, which also went to the store. I was starting to walk around a little more, hoping to find an elevator, when apparently the the call center got through, someone came down to talk to us. They have no elevator. Their solution was for the person we were supposed to meet to facetime us while we wait downstairs. The person who spoke to us claimed we shouldn't have have been ignored and the phone should have been picked up, that neither thing was normal. Well, the other reviews here, which I did not read beforehand, tell a different story. This definitely isn't the place to go if you have mobility issues, and it seems like their customer service level in general is awful.

We never felt rushed to make a decision, and in fact were told to take all the time we needed to make the right choice for us. Once we chose the perfect piece, Ed the owner came over to do the templating. Once that was done, our new countertops were quickly installed by a friendly and courteous crew. Including a special order sink that Debbie found for us which was exactly what we were looking for. Our new countertops look beautiful. I would hire them again for any of my granite needs.

I appreciated his teams' skills and most importantly his ethics, honesty and integrity. I recruited Hosea and his team for a risky paint job due to the unusual designer type of paint we were going to use. Also, I had a very tight deadline at risk of not being able to move in. Every painters told me they needed at least 2 weeks or more to finish it, even with a 3-person teams. This even included a large national paint companies (those who specialized on commercial or corporate buildings). Hosea's team were able to finish it in just about a week or slightly more, allowing me to move in right in time. I used a designer paint complex to handle and prone to mistake from inexperienced painters with this particular paint. As expected, they made a mistake, but owned it without creating difficulties. The end result ended up very fan-tas-tic, above and beyond expectations. And the pricing (certainly not cheap) was rightly fair and quite reasonable I think. I am so glad I selected Hosea for this impossible mission job. It was a total success. Attached are photos before/after the job. We found exactly what we wanted at the second manufacturer and, good to her word, Wandra worked some magic and brought the price down into our budget. She was extremely responsive and kept us in the loop for fabrication and scheduling. Wandra then worked with us on layout, showing us mutiple layout options that would maximize the beauty of quartz' pattern. The installers were, prompt, courteous, and very neat. They did a great job with the installation, can barely see the seams. They cleaned up extremely well once they were done.
