Recently had a need for a couple of new appliances. The day of the first delivery the service folks refused to take our old microwave. The salesperson told me they would so I stopped the delivery. The salesman called me back and told me they would return to our house and do everything that was promised to me (take the microwave). The truck was sitting in front of my house. The salesperson (owners son) said they would be back in four hours. I told him the truck is in front of the house and he said too bad, I would say that was the definition of poor service, but wait, it gets better. The owner called me back and talked me into taking the order. This time they used a private company to make the delivery. At that time I would say the service/delivery folks were great. BUT THEN, here we are six weeks later, returning home from a two week vacation and find the hot water hose to the washer machine has been leaking at the connection to the washer. The hardwood floors in the laundry room are all buckled and ruined, the water came through the first floor ceiling. Tri-City agreed to send a service technician to the house today between 11am and 1pm. He allegedly was here and I wasn't. Our security cameras show that he was here, parked in my driveway at about 10:50am and was gone about 10:55am. I was in my back yard talking with my neighbor. I called asked them to come back, the service department is not responding so I ended up with the owners son again. He said they would call and reschedule. To top this off they put the blame on the delivery company they use. The delivery company called me up and refused to send anyone out and said they did not do this job. WE WILL NEVER USE TRI-CITY SALES AGAIN. Really a shame they have fallen apart the way they have. I guess I will have to hire someone to fix the washer machine and hire a contractor to make repairs. They need to stand behind the products and services they provide.

I'm not sure what would have happened if he had not directed us to give him a call if any issues came up regarding our delivery. Communication from Pacific Kitchen and Home was poor. A few days after purchase, I received a voice message requesting I call back to confirm the item purchased. I called back a few times but was never able to talk with anyone at Pacific K and H. At this point I wondered if the delivery was still on. When I originally scheduled the delivery, I was told I would receive a confirmation the day before delivery. No call. I was told I would receive a text or call the day of delivery with a more specific window. No call or text. I called Sean who looked into the matter and he gave me a window for delivery. He asked me to call him again if I did not hear by a certain time. When I had to call him again, he spent some more time on the phone and after waiting the entire Saturday, I did finally have my dishwasher installed! So glad to have averted a no-show!

Four times we've had a confirmed delivery date - arranged to take time off work to accept it - only to have the delivery canceled late the night before. 30+ calls and multiple store visits to find out when this dishwasher is coming has yielded no answers - except most recently a barrage of emails confirming 4 different delivery dates. Now the store can't tell us when it's coming. We called central customer service and this store wouldn't even pick up the phone. Ridiculous, unacceptable. Go to Lowe's or better yet, Yale Appliance if you want to deal with professionals and don't have all the time in the world to wait for your appliances.
