A few days after purchase, I received a voice message requesting I call back to confirm the item purchased. I called back a few times but was never able to talk with anyone at Pacific K and H. At this point I wondered if the delivery was still on. When I originally scheduled the delivery, I was told I would receive a confirmation the day before delivery. No call. I was told I would receive a text or call the day of delivery with a more specific window. No call or text. I called Sean who looked into the matter and he gave me a window for delivery. He asked me to call him again if I did not hear by a certain time. When I had to call him again, he spent some more time on the phone and after waiting the entire Saturday, I did finally have my dishwasher installed! So glad to have averted a no-show!

Employees have seemed to always know at least where to point me to things that I am looking for. All in all it's Home Depot, they have a wide selection.
