Looks a bit messing. A little rough on the ride home.

My favorite food court spot in the mall circuit. Food: 5/5 Great value and always consistent. Service: 5/5 Friendly and fast. Environment: N/A Food court. Washrooms: N/A Mall washrooms available. Worth it?: 5/5 great value. Bourbon Street Grill is hands down my favorite food court place. I personally feel like no mall is complete without it. The food is good and I find all locations do great job and portions and quality are consistent. Food may be too oily to some but when I'm looking for some food to grub on quicky after an expensive day of shopping, this place always satisfies me. My go to: Pasta with corn and Bourbon or spicy chicken.

Bourbon chicken combo 1 - $8.80 includes tax.

Craving for some bourbon chicken? I don't know where else to get it but at the food court during lunch hours! Apparently it's dish name comes from the use of bourbon whiskey in the sauce recipe along with soy sauce, brown sugar, Cajun and ginger. It's pretty tasty and there is familiarity to other Asian dishes such as lemon chicken, General Tao, etc. Staff is super friendly and generous with the portions. The combo includes your pickings of various rice and veggies.

Look at the picture. Do you see something where the bell pepper is? Yes, it is a roach!

Was seated in their dinning hall ( the other side is more of a bar) and ordered a brunch tower for two. The tower includes their signature malaysian scrambled eggs, chorizo sausage, bacon, Brussel sprouts, toast with buttermilk pancakes stacked at top of the tower. The tower was beautifully presented and what I love most about the tower is their pancakes. Truly fluffy and light with whipped cream on top of it. Overall, service was efficient and attentive, often checked on and refilling water. On top of that, the restaurant has great decor and parking is provided in the back of the restaurant. Its considered on a slightly higher end for brunch ($20-30 range), but it was truly an amazing experience. They also have daily promos so worth checking out for dinner and late night deals.

I must say that I do understand why people are drawn to the restaurant - it is very pretty and makes for wonderful pictures! This includes the lovely visuals of the food, which is beautifully presented and extremely photogenic. The taste of the food, although quite acceptable, fell just a bit short of its looks. The variety of colours was not matched with a variety of flavours, and everything was somewhat on the salty and greasy side. That being said, we very much enjoyed the potato hash, pancakes, and French toast. The portion sizes also outdid themselves - if you're coming here for brunch, just be prepared for a long nap in the afternoon! Service was excellent: prompt, helpful, and friendly. The interior is fairly spacious and elegantly decorated. Overall, a pleasant experience even if it's not the most spectacular - and perhaps worth a visit for some based on the aesthetics alone.

I found it funny cause almost every item has the "favourite" symbol but everything tastes good! I love the decor inside. Lots of lights, florals and greenery. There is limited seating though since it gets busy - Maybe 10 tables of 4 on the outside perimeter and another 5 tables of 4 on the inside. We got the razor clams, 12 wings and beer special (after 8:30pm), smoked beet and pig ear salad, brisket and ribs and bun bo hue. The 12 wings and beer would have been such a good deal except the drink was pretty watered down. We brought it up to the waitress so hopefully they change that in the future. The wings were crispy,m and delicious. The razor clams tasted good too, but it only comes with 4. The smoked beet and pig eat salad was one of our favourites! Unique, flavourful and good crunchy textured. The brisket and ribs were another favourite. Tender and flavourful. The bun bo hue was good too. Service could have been better. One of the waiters wasn't that friendly. We still had a good time though and enjoyed the food. I would come back to try their other dishes.

Initially we were going for the idea of breakfast, but timing was a bit off from what we anticipated and it was a really nice lunch date instead. I love the Markham Marriott, the staff is always warm and welcoming. Draco has a very sleek, sophisticated and cozy atmosphere. We both ordered Bacon & Cheddar burgers. I opted for a Caesar salad as an appetizer and hubby ordered their Grilled Wagyu Flat Iron Steak. Let's start with the apps. The Caesar salad was SO good! I wish I had taken a pic, but admittedly, my phone was tucked away and I was caught up in the cozy seating, great food and Christmas vibes of the restaurant and lobby. Grilled Wagyu Flat Iron Steak: $33 - Buttercup Squash Puree and Truffle Oil - Everything you want Wagyu to be - tender, cooked to the perfect temp which left a nice warm red centre. This was melt in your mouth good! The burgers - these were perfection! Draco Bacon Cheddar Burger: $25 - Aged Cheddar with Crispy Bacon Strips; Crispy Onion Straws, Arugula and Garlic Aioli. This was a very well seasoned patty, so juicy and a substantial sized patty of fresh not frozen beef. The bun was lightly toasted, bacon crispy, easily taking this into my top 3 fav spots for burgers! Options for sides include fries, sweet potato fries, poutine, side Caesar or garden salad or truffle fries. We finished off our meal with 2 really good cappuccinos and just took our time before heading home. This was our first time back here in a few years. The food was exceptional as was the service and the warm staff. Draco is the perfect spot for an early morning breakfast, work or lunch date or a nice cozy dinner. They also have Christmas & New Years dinners and brunches. Relax in the restaurant with drinks or in the adjacent lounge, this is a great spot to unwind with some great food and drinks.

Only one staff member was working during my visit, and there was a mix-up with my order. Luckily, I was still in the parking lot when another customer came out to let me know, so I was able to get it sorted. For the meal, I picked beef brisket (you get 3oz of meat and can also choose sausage, turkey, chicken wings, or nuggets) and a side. I chose mashed potatoes. They weigh the meat before reheating it. Next time, I'd ask for the BBQ sauce on the side since it was a bit too drenched, and while it had good flavor, the brisket felt dry in parts and not quite as tender as I hoped. The mashed potatoes had bits of skin, which gave a nice texture, but they really needed gravy to round them out (additional cost for 1.99). The bread roll stood out. It was very soft, fresh, and worked great for turning the brisket into a mini sandwich. For the drink, I went with a soft drink instead of the "lil yellow cup" option. The portion was small, but it is after all advertised as a kid's meal and less of a commitment compared to all their other menu items. It's a good choice if you want a lighter meal or just want to sample the BBQ. They also offer daily deals, which change throughout the week and is only available for a limited time (it is not mentioned how long this is for): Monday: Brisket Mac & Cheese $12.99 Tuesday: BOGO 50% any Sandwich Wednesday: 10% off Wings Thursday: Brisket Poutine $12.99 Friday: 15% off Westerner or Pit Dip Sandwich Saturday/Sunday: Kids' Meals for $7.99 I'm interested in trying other menu items and their daily specials. I'm just hoping the brisket is more tender/juicy next time!

We were seated right behind the front desk, yet it felt like we were invisible. Even when I waved or called out, it took ages for anyone to acknowledge us. Everyone was polite when they finally came over, but it shouldn't take all night just to get a glass of water. In fact, my water never ended up getting refilled at all, even after asking twice. Toward the end of the night, a different server approached us, offered to show the dessert menu, and asked us to leave a 5-star review because they were doing some kind of competition. She said she'd comp our dessert, so we decided to go for it. Then she disappeared for about 15 minutes, and when she finally came back, the dessert wasn't actually comped. We were there for about two hours, but between two entrées, one drink, and one dessert, it easily could've been a one-hour visit if the service was more attentive. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for. Needless to say, I deleted my 5star review at the end of the night.
