The downsizing was not easy for her but the staff at this company were so helpful, kind, patient and considerate. Karen the estimator was outstanding, very thoughtful and patient. Our movers, Louis, Christian and Logan were very careful with her expensive leather furniture and 7' grandfather clock. Our move went very smoothly, no damage at all. They were also very helpful at her new home in rearranging her living room furniture until she had it just right. We are also using this company in February to move our household. This is a great company and I highly recommend them, especially if you have fine furnishings and hard to move items like her clock.

Our 3 man crew showed up on time as scheduled. The were very professional, and experienced. Knew what they were doing and carefully wrapped our stuff well to protect it . We had 6 rooms and a garage with plenty of stuff. They worked hard and fast. It's worth noting that they had to carry all our furniture and boxes down the driveway to get it in the truck. The rate for the 3man team was $165/hr plus $165 travel fee for the 30 minute trip from Ooltewah to Cleveland. Everything went great and it took 4 1/2 hrs all in. I would recommend this company!

(Not about anything, they already knew what I was thinking, crazy!!) Everytime I needed to change something up, each one of them knew exactly what to do. I was flabbergasted at how adaptive these guy's really were. Super down to earth. (And at the best price I found in all of Ga, Tenn, Alabama, and Florida!) If you need to move at a great price and don't want to worry about these are the guys. I couldn't resist shooting them a $40 tip each. (A little extra but they were worth it. That's rough work.)

The worker was putting them where they said to go. they broke a tall stand up fan. I called James. he said he can't take my word that it got broke from one of his movers. like it's not really about the broken fan. it's about things that was marked for the master bedroom was thrown in the dining room. I told him I won't use him again. he hires people off the street. they had a girl helping she didn't know how to pack groceries up in bags. my granddaughter had to show her how to bag up groceries.

First, We originally agreed on a 10am arrival time when I booked the service. Day of service came and I reached out to confirm again, and was told "Hate to say it but it will definitely be closer to 11am. Our 1st am job looks as though it will go a little longer than estimated. But we will be in contact the entire time." I then said no worries, because a one hour difference on a moving day isn't much. 11am came around and I hadn't heard from them (even though they assured me they'd be in contact the entire time) so I reached out again. This time I was told the job had been extended and they would arrive "between 12/1pm realistically." Mind you, that is 2-3 hours after our agreed upon arrival time. I let them know my frustrations and they apologized and said "if there was another crew we'd send them to you." Finally, 1:10pm came around and I reached out again since I hadn't heard from them, and finally they let me know the crew was on their way. By the time the crew arrived at 1:45, we had already unloaded the majority of our truck. They helped unload for approximately 20-30 minutes, then left. So, I paid $270 for a crew of two to help me unload for 3 hours and received 30 minutes of help 4 hours late. I again explained my frustrations to the business owner, and they assured me they would offer a partial refund during "the closing process." This was fine with me. This all happened on July 17th. By July 22nd I hadn't gotten an email confirmation of refund, or any sort of notification, so I reached out again for clarification. They responded and said "I'm not sure Uhaul's time frame but it should be soon." August 3rd rolled around and again, I have heard nothing, so I reached out about the refund again. This time I'm told that there isn't anything they can do, and I should reach out to moving helper. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received, and I truly feel like $270 was stolen from me since I didn't receive any of the help I was promised. I deserve a full refund for the time I lost and the lies I was told over and over. I will never recommend this business to anyone-- in fact, I will go out of my way to dissuade people from ever using Fast Track moving. The two men that came to help move were kind-- the only highlight of this service.
