Let me start by saying that I have really bad social anxiety that has been getting worse as I have gotten older. When I am around people that I do not know, or that I know, but do not feel 100% comfortable around, I shut off. I sometimes have thoughts, but am too nervous to share them. I reluctantly joined a couple of acquaintances on a trip to Boundless Adventures last week. First - The facility is beautiful, safe and fun. The staff did an amazing job at explaining how to use the equipment, and patiently answered all of our questions. They take safety very SERIOUSLY, and trust me, for someone with anxiety, that is very important. The climbing itself was a so much fun. We pushed ourselves pretty hard that day, and even though it was hot, there is plenty of water available, and we were encouraged to drink between courses. Second - That day was a huge step in my personal journey. The beautiful setting and the calm, accomplished feeling I got from progressing through the courses put me in a place that I felt comfortable taking some chances socially, which for me means speaking when it is not absolutely necessary. Not only was I joking around with my acquaintances, but I actually initiated conversations with total strangers climbing behind us. We actually decided to continue to climb with those "no longer total strangers" for the next few courses. Besides talking about the climbing experience, we spoke about our families, schooling and even what movies we liked. I know this sounds like no big deal, but for me, that was huge. I realized that people are actually interested and care about what I have to say. I didn't write this review to report on my personal growth. I wrote it because I want people to know that Boundless Adventures is the perfect place to experience personal growth. read more

We had an awesome time on the high ropes course back on July 3. I posted this to tripadvisor but just realized it'd be great on Yelp too! Every single staff member was so incredibly friendly. They took interest in how we were doing, feeling, and which courses we had completed. They also were great about getting guests water as needed on such a hot day. We didn't encounter any challenges ourselves, but the staff did an awesome job encouraging scared climbers or making rescues as needed. They were quick, swift, and remained calm to help. The course itself was awesome, with los of options of varying levels. Some were in the direct sun which was really hot on our particular day, however plenty are in the trees and under shade too. As for COVID protocols, all staff wore masks and gloves, and kept a 6 foot distance unless assisting a guest. Most guests wore masks too, but if you weren't around anyone in the trees, you were safe to take it off since it was really hot. But most of the guests either kept their distance from you or they kept a mask on. Everyone in general was really good about respecting social distancing. We went for 3 hours and felt it was a perfect amount of time. At the 2 hour mark, we thought it must almost be time to go, but were pumped to realize we still had an hour left. I assume guest numbers are being kept low, so we were able to cruise through courses and wait only a few minutes, if any, to start a new one. So for us, 2 hours would have worked, but if it were busier I definitely recommend 3. read more

So. Very. Tired..but had fun. I've never done a ropes course before. My wife found groupon tickets for the kids and suggested I get one for myself to go play with them. The orientation was well done by Cabot. The staff then fitted us with climbing harnesses for the afternoon and then we were off onto the course. The climbing gear was in great shape, the course was really well put together and it was clear what we needed to do. Staff was on hand in case we got stuck and to offer occasional tips if need be. It was surprisingly harder than it looks, but I enjoyed the challenge. Also welcome, they have water out under the starting platform; a thoughtful perk that made the afternoon in the woods all the better. Overall the bugs weren't an issue, possibly from the cedar mulch that lined the paths and it was a wonderful time. My oldest wants to do his birthday party there and I'd be tempted to go back to do the next level courses. I did yellow and green today (the two easiest), on to blue next time. Some of the obstacles were downright terrifying, but not unsafe, just 'oh wow, can I do this?!?!" terrifying. Definitely someplace I'd recommend to others based both on the experience and the staff. read more

My husband and I took our son (9 yrs old) with 5 of his friends there on Saturday for a late birthday thing! Omg we had so much fun! I'm not sure who had more fun the adults or kids... the 2 days after I totally felt every muscle in my body.... while I was there I totally forgot I wasn't 20 anymore! Haha! The staff was just awesome awesome awesome especially when I need to be rescued when I stupidly (again forgot I wasn't 20) went for the expert course for my last run. We were there for a solid 3 hours going strong... the guy who repelled me down was so nice as I kept saying I was so embarrassed but my arms were like jelly after all the fun with the kids. He just kept saying it happens all the time... no worries. I've been laughing days after thinking of all my sons friends yelling up to me.... "mrs. t are you okay what's going on?!?" Overall we all had a blast. First time there for the boys we took and they were all just glowing the whole time!! Soo fun! Thanks for the experience! read more

We loved our visit to Boundless yesterday so much that we're going back again today. Our kids (9 and 12) both got up there themselves, got to challenges that they thought were going to be too scary or two hard, and worked through it. They left feeling like the brave adventurers they really are. The staff of monitors is attentive, kind, empathetic and helpful. It's clear that they really work on culture and train them on how to help both adults and kids through their fears. They're not quick to bark orders or to "rescue" someone. They'll give you time to work through it and make the leap yourself. The place is also beautiful, well maintained, and somehow we weren't bothered by a single bug. The only reminder: Bring sunscreen on a sunny day! read more

We went there today ( over an hour away ) to be told son smelled like marijuana ( which he had medical card for ) told equipment was expensive and didn't want it to smell. so we went to store purchased and changed into new clothes ( then was told we should of went home to shower ) My son was upset and didn't want to make a big deal over it ... but I knew what they did was illegal so when I got home I complained and my response from Corporate was deny what staff said ( I heard it ). and then continued to tell me about my sons Prior criminal history ) def discriminated against and contacted attorney) Terrible and Rude his they get to pick and choose what they want not acceptable in todays day and age read more

My 11.5 your old son and I had an afternoon out and had a blast. We cruised through the yellow and green course and found our challenge on the blue course. Staff was helpful and friendly. They were very supportive and encouraging when it took me 5 minutes to find the courage to jump off the high platform down to the ground. Rope and safety harness are user friendly and the best I have ever seen. Locking systems ensure that you are always clipped in 100% of the time. Hoping to take our Cub Scout pack in the future. Keep kids on the trials - poison ivy in the grass/ /woods, bring sunblock, water and snacks. read more

I went to Boundless Adventures recently with my granddaughter and had a total blast! The staff was was great at explaining and ensuring that we knew what we were doing before heading out to our first course. We finished 6 courses and all were challenging but fun and doable. My only negative comment would be that emphasis be made on only one person on a challenge at a time. We had young kids behind us who were right on our heels which was annoying. Other than that our time was such fun and we'll be back this season for sure!!! Boundless Adventures is such a great place to spend time in Metrowest!! read more

My son loved his afternoon here! Was super easy to reserve a spot online and sign the waiver so we were good to go when we got there. The safety demo was quick but thorough. There was plenty of courses to keep him fully entertained for the whole afternoon. It was super hot in the sun. Definitely need sunscreen and bug spray and if you are just watching like me I'd bring a hat and cool drink. They had water which was awesome as we definitely needed refills on the water bottles we brought. Looking forward to coming back! read more

This place exceeded our expectations. You pay for 3 hours and it's totally worth it. The courses are challenging and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the members of our group was independent but needed assistance. The staff was so kind, encouraging and the course was designed that if your group was at varying strength levels, you could all be in the same general area (but at different heights) so no one really feels left out. read more

This ropes course was a lot of fun. There was great variety in the different levels of difficulty (and scariness) and it all felt very safe. The staff were very friendly, always paying attention, quick to help out, and happy to offer advice. We debated going for the earlier discounted time slot, but ended up going for the full 3 hours and were glad we chose that one - it was worth the price and we had fun the whole time. read more

I purchased tickets online and mistakenly purchased more than I needed. Plus I had to change them for "value" tickets instead of the day passes. The staff were very prompt in fixing my error and refunding the money. The park is clean and very well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Instructions were clear. The courses were challenging! We had a fabulous time and plan on going back with more people! read more

I am so grateful to everyone involved in the creation and maintenance of this ropes course! My family has had a great time on all our visits here, thanks in large part because the staff has been looking out carefully for our safety. This is a wonderful place to go if you have never been to a ropes course before, and we still enjoy it and are being challenged there after several visits. Highly recommend! read more

We had our daughter's birthday party at Boundless Adventures and it was fantastic. We had girls ranging from 10 to 51 years old playing on the courses and everyone had loads of fun. The staff was very friendly and supportive, and everyone felt safe as we played amongst the trees. We we then had pizza (from a nearby place that was excellent) and cake at the picnic tables. Highly recommend it!! read more

Such a great experience. Went as a group of four and had so much fun. The courses were challenging but we were able to conquer them. We were there for over three hours and did the beginner and intermediate courses and was able to complete one advanced course. We will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The course was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend! read more

During my first visit I was able to complete the yellow, green and blue course. I couldn't wait to come back and conquer the black course. The courses were great for anyone with little experience to someone like me who was looking for an extreme challenge. The equipment was brand new and the employees were super helpful. I'd recommend this to any adventurous family. read more

My son (15) and I went to the Berlin location. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist even while on the course there were plenty of staff nearby to give instructions if you got stuck. My son felt sick mid course and staff were nearby to bring water and helped him get down. We had a great experience and would definitely come back! read more

We brought 87 9th graders to Boundless Adventures and they were great! Knowledgeable and patient guides that met each student where they were at/ at their own level. We had kids go all the way to the top! And there were a few of us (mostly adults) who stayed at the Honey Bee level. A wonderful experience for all! read more
