From the ease of the booking process to the day-of execution, the entire process was 10 stars. Hannah and her team went above and beyond (which I now understand is their standard MO.) They effortlessly managed all of our decor, seemlessly and joyfully wrangled 12+ children (and twice as many extremely excited adults.) The experience was educational and extremely interactive (We decorated mini horses! We held/pet so many incredible animals! The kids rode unicorns!) Even the coloring pages had our daughter's name printed on them. There was not one aspect of the day that felt like an after thought. The attention to detail and the care they show is so amazing. I really can't thank Hannah and her crew enough for hosting (far and away) the best birthday party my daughter has ever had. Core memories were made by all of us.

I was a student for a couple years, but as time went on, the instruction got poorer. Liz tended to…read morebe more focused on her phone than the students during our lessons. Eventually, between work and my budget I determined I needed to take a break. When I tried to do so I was wrapped up in a mess of BS with Liz. I had a number of make up lessons from when the barn was away at shows and couldn't find an instructor to cover lessons (they require lesson payment up front at the start of the month, regardless of if their instructors will be there or not). Those were never made up as I had to give "official notice" to pause my weekly lessons due to my work schedule. I was told that if I wasn't enrolled in their monthly lesson program, then I was not due to receive my makeup lessons. As a result, I paid for a moth of lessons that I couldn't take due to my travel schedule for work as I was told I had to pay for them and could always make them up (with multiple makeup lessons already outstanding). Then I was told I could not schedule these makeup lessons unless I was still making monthly payments. I work full time and travel regularly for my job. Between my work schedule and their show schedule it was impossible to make up lessons as it was, forget about paying $300 a month to hope I would get 1 or 2 makeups in a month when I had 5 or 6 still outstanding! I understand needing to have an active show schedule as I was a AA circuit rider myself in younger years, but you need to have respect for your adult riders too. In the end, I needed to take a break due to my work and would have returned if it hadn't been for the unscrupulous business practices and lack of customer service shown by Liz and Century Mills. Instead, I'm a former client who will never return, despite being a lifelong equestrian. When my schedule allowed I joined another farm and remain swindled out of hundreds of dollars by this farm.

We've worked with an array of therapists and group settings to help our daughter with anxiety and her ADHD. From the beginning we started seeing changes in her demeanor and how she communicated. Being with the horses is so therapeutic. They don't judge. They are warm and caring. They provide so many opportunities for growth and interaction. Now in her fourth year she is riding more for recreation, but the element of care and thoughtfulness that the instructors put into these lessons is incredible. We've ridden at other schools and I always return to the quality of care at Rein in a Dream. I very much recommend this for riding needs across the board. We've seen several kiddos and adults attend for physical and occupational therapy as well as our kind of needs.
