Booked 2 rooms months before they were needed for a wedding we were attending May 30th, 2026. A few…read moredays before check in, I come to find out there was an additional $75.00 early check in fee per room. I called Hilton Garden Inn 3 times to discuss this and had 3 very different, rude people telling me that is their fee and nothing can be done about it. I even called corporate, and was told it was their policy. Ok, nothing I can do at this point, but I will NEVER stay at another Hilton again. I go and check in, pay the $150.00 for early check in and go to my room. I come down, enter the lobby and see other guests checking in. Apparently, they were told if you download the Hilton App, you do NOT have to pay the early check in fee. So tell me, why did the 3 people I spoke to on the phone, as well as corporate and the girl that check me in, never me that??? This is unacceptable. UNACCEPTABLE. I did bring it back to their attention and the money was deducted from my account. When I asked the girl, why didn't you tell me about the APP, she said she was doing the best she can. Do not get scammed by this place. If they try to hit you up with the early check in fee, as about downloading the Hilton APP. They tried to take advantage of me. If I did not hear other people talking in the lobby, I would of never know and they would of gotten more money from me. Please be aware of this.

Today they have a buffet serving bacon, eggs and stale/hard potatoes. It's ok but not exactly kid friendly & too pricey for what you get. If it was free it would make sense but not worth the asking price. The front desk it's pretty bad. I've never seen more than one person working it so the lines/wait can get annoying. Especially since that's where you pay for a bag of chips, can of coke and other convenience items. Last night I waited a few minutes to pay for a soda and nobody even showed up so I left. On the flip side: some of the staff members have been very kind etc. Not bad for a 1 night pit stop but I can't recommend an extended stay.

We were so relieved when we contacted the front desk and learned that the housekeeping manager, Nida, had found it and safely set it aside for us. When we returned the next day, we were able to retrieve everything without any issues. A special thank you to Nida for her integrity, care, and professionalism, and to Sachi for the excellent customer service in helping us recover our belongings. It's employees like Nida and Sachi who truly make a difference and turned a great hotel stay into an exceptional one. Thank you both for going above and beyond! It took 40 minutes for them to come up. They brought cream and sugar and no coffee. We called the front desk twice to rectify this issue. There was a phone in the room that did not work and no phone cord, which is a huge safety issue. There was yelling and slamming doors at 6am outside of our room in the hallway. There was also no body soap in the shower, when we showered this morning. We will not be returning, as this was another disappointing stay.

The food was excellent! The service was attentive but needed to be more accessible to the guests with their orders, and serving water. Plus telling guests about coffee, desserts, and cappuccino (which was forgotten). I still gave them five star for their efforts. But wanted to mention these things for the next party.
