You may want to consider…read moreusing Hold My Luggage's luggage concierge where you can book your reservation online or at the kiosk. Located at an outdoor kiosk at the main entrance of Bayside Marketplace, you can conveniently drop your luggage off while you shop, grab something to eat or go on any of the tours within walking distance. It's also a few miles away from the Port of Miami. Being able to walk around Bayside with our luggage was so convenient. It was a good way for us to kill some time after our cruise and before our flight. Pro tip: Ask your Uber or Lyft driver to drop you off at the main entrance of Bayside Marketplace to find Hold My Luggage (across from Starbucks).

I needed somewhere to store my luggage before heading out to the airport. It was a little hard to find from the google map, but it's towards the back of the second floor of the marketplace. The storage is actually just a small part of a luggage store that is at the end. The lady that worked there was one of the nicest in the planet it was really reassuring given our anxiety about the safety of the luggage. I think this is the perfect place to leave luggage and it was really inexpensive. I would use it again in a heartbeat.

If you want to get around Miami and save money on ride shares and taxis this is the way to go…read more With that being said only book this if you have most of the day to devote to the experience. Traffic in Miami can be busy and something a few miles away could take 20 minutes to travel to so choose your stops wisely. We started the trip at the bayside shopping area. The salesman explained each stop so we had a plan before getting on the bus. The buses were packed and we had to sit downstairs with no air conditioning to go to the first stop. Luckily it only took about 10 minutes. We got off by the beach and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk then spending a half hour on the beach before finishing our walk to the second stop. They say the buses come every 30 minutes and we always seemed to wait 15 or 20 minutes before the bus came. Stops were easy to find with little red signs. We then took the bus to little Havana and enjoyed lunch there. It was fun to drive by the other locations but with the timing we did not have enough time to get off and explore to be in the right area around lunch. They give you headsets that let you listen to facts and information about Miami. Overall the experience is what you make it.

The airboat tour was decent but we were told to listen out for announcements for the animal show & bus departure, which neither of us heard. At least one other group didn't hear the animal show announcement too. There was supposed to be a complimentary professional airboat photo, but ours got lost. No estimated time of departure was given & we didn't see some people on the bus on the way back. The driver didn't seem to do a headcount before leaving. Granted, he did warn us that we would be left behind if we weren't there when the bus left, but a headcount & a short wait for stragglers are pretty standard tour practices. The lights on the bus didn't work & the bus seemed a bit old too.

Honest Review - Royal Caribbean Radiance of the Seas We…read morerecently took a cruise on the Radiance of the Seas with Royal Caribbean International, traveling from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas for 3 nights and 4 days. As Hindu (Krishna/ISKCON) devotees, we follow a strict vegetarian diet--no onion or garlic--and we also offer our food to the Lord before eating. Because of these dietary restrictions, we were honestly very hesitant and nervous about booking a cruise. However, our experience turned out to be absolutely wonderful. To our surprise, there were several Indian chefs onboard who took exceptional care of us. They personally came to our table for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, spoke with us about our dietary requirements, and prepared fresh meals exactly according to our needs. We were expecting that we might have to survive on fruits for the entire trip--but instead, they provided a variety of freshly cooked vegetarian dishes made specifically for us. The level of service truly exceeded our expectations. For any Jain or strict vegetarian devotees who are hesitant about going on a cruise due to food restrictions, I can confidently say that Royal Caribbean is a great choice. Just make sure to inform them of your dietary requirements (such as Jain vegetarian or no onion/garlic) at the time of booking, and they will accommodate you throughout the trip. Overall, the cruise experience was excellent. The service was outstanding, and we had no complaints at all. We were even provided with a quiet conference room where we could perform our daily prayers peacefully. I would give them 10 out of 10 for their service. Thank you--this is our honest review.

Dani and Kyle from the art gallery were phenomenal! we are now fine art collectors and i think they have made us addicted to collecting. we bought FIVE pieces and i can't express the joy they bring me. they sat with us and took so much time to focus on exactly what made us feel something we never felt before. they know literally everything about every piece and it felt so safe to put our trust in them. we even got to see real picasso. up close! even if you don't plan on buying, go to the auction. you will probably change your mind. now for dining. Nadia was our assistant waiter and she was so bubbly and sweet. she was on top of her game and made the dining experience so amazing. she talked to us and joked with us. we learned about her and she about us. she knew our names and what we drank. she just really was a kind girl with a huge heart. we had open dining but insisted on being in her section every night for dinner. lovely girl.

We would stay here again. Pricing: We paid $1,038.56 for three nights, or $346.19 per night after various taxes and fees. We came for a wedding and got a group block rate of $269.00 per night before taxes and fees. Wedding Experience: This hotel sits directly on the bay and is adjacent to the Venetian Marina & Yacht Club dock. We attended an Indian wedding here and participated in a baraat (the groom's procession). The groom arrived via boat, which was cool. The ceremony took place outside on the Bayview Terrace. The backdrop was beautiful; very Miami. Lunch in one of the ballrooms was catered by the hotel's sous chef, who is Indian. The Indian food was outstanding, and I made sure to give the chef my compliments in person. The Room: Our room was a "Bayview Queen." It had two queen beds. It was just my wife and me. The room was clean, comfortable, updated, and modern. I appreciated that even though the bathroom had only one sink, there was a decent amount of surface space for our toiletries. Other Notes: We got an $18 daily dining credit, but never used it. It would be nice if the credit was applicable to gift shop purchases (e.g., bottles of water, snacks), but it's not. I relied on the cheap in-room coffee. Not terrible for cheap in-room coffee. The elevators were nice and fast. This hotel has 31 floors.

But at the same time: everywhere in the hotel is heavily over scented (including the outside spaces??), the coffee is horrendous, the sliding glass doors in the shower don't stay closed, the mattress is super worn and THE PILLOWS. The pillows are basically flat nothing feathers in a pillow case. So, I wouldn't return on purpose.

WOW, wasn't sure what to expect but this Hotel and Condo combination was a great surprise. Can not…read moresay enough about it. The location was convenient for the Wynwood area. The room felt like a very expensive condo, two bedrooms. two bathrooms, a living room and a full stocked kitchen. Towels were top notch, plus swim towels in the room. At one point in time, male staff and contractors who Sentral gives room keys to- from pest control…read moreto maintenance- were constantly barging into my room without permission and in violation of my lease. Mind you I am a woman and was not dressed. There were lots of "I'm sorries" from Sentral, but nothing changed. It got to the point where I had to obtain legal advice. While we arrived at an agreement, it soon happened again, and I let the manager know. *Crickets* Very surface level. They are friendly and use many words, 0 actions. You will only start to notice after you have a problem that takes more than 1 second to resolve. I was here for months and months before I noticed their pattern. Do not want to work. It's like, 'yes, I wish that for you too, that you could retire'; unfortunately I do need the services that I'm paying for to be completed. It's not cheap here. These folks would be in for a shock if they tried to work elsewhere (e.g. New York or even developing countries I've visited). They would not make it. Nothing happens unless you prompt it: "ok you've noted the issue, but you're not gonna be here tomorrow. So are you going to let someone else know?" Staff: "oh ok I'll tell such and such" 0 follow-through. They'll tell you that "they have a meeting right now" and will do such and such to address your problem after. *Crickets*. Then next they see you, they'll try to avoid you. It'd be taken as disrespectful, if not for that it's so overt that it's comical. Also lol, you don't need to avoid me; I'm not going to chase you to do your job. I wish I could say it was just a single individual. The staff have friendly personalities; I would be friends with all. As Dumbledore said haha: "It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to our enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to our friends".
