When we got home from picking up our order we discovered they had shorted us a curtain and there was nothing to weigh down the drapes- they should have e included pipes to go alone the bottom sleeve. When I called back she tried to charge me MORE money for addentional pipes and I would have e to come pick up thw missing drapes as well. Horrible customer service!!! Its a couple of hours until my event and we are screwed.

Thanks Portland PartyWorks! You brought the "party" for our on-campus work event with your array of inflatable fun and equipment. It was a great outdoor, mid-pandemic distraction during a workday ... and everything you promised it would be ... of course, after I signed the waiver and got my wristband. BTW, I suck at archery ... and axe throwing (this a thing?), and other dangerous "sports involving weaponry" ... so, it's no real surprise (to me or my mother) that I really suck at the inflatable "safe" plastic archery and axe throwing. Luckily, that infamous 2012 incident involving little Jimmy and Mrs. Wilkerson wasn't repeated as no one got hurt, put an eye out, or had to induce vomiting. The main thing to remember about Portland PartyWorks ... besides that they showed up on-time & on-budget ... is that the key to a safe party is to "stop, drop, and roll" with the fun. Rented 100 chairs for a wedding..... Good price and quality on chairs but not sure I would trust…read morethem. We paid extra for them to pick up chairs from the venue due to us leaving town after a wedding. They called and said we were missing 30 chairs and we would have to take care of it. Fortunately, we knew the venue owners well and had them go double count before they left. Miraculously, all 30 "missing" chairs were accounted for by the time the owners got there..... supposedly a "miscount". Seemed really fishy to us. If you are going to pick up and deliver the stuff yourself, they are probably fine, but otherwise..... I am not so sure.
