It's two months since I had a meeting to pick out what pictures my husband and I were ordering still have absolutely nothing and Sheridan won't go through and respond when I've now sent her multiple messages. For reference I got married in April of 2016 -- seven months ago. Still no physical pictures in possession except for ones that I have printed myself. I would consider this significantly before you purchase any package from her because the delays are frustrating beyond measure and the zero communication as to why there are delays are even worse. If you do purchase something from you -- I would have it written in the contract as to the dates of delivery of items and proofs of things. Hindsight is always 20/20

The fairgrounds has many outdoor facilities for animal pens while 4-H and FFA students compete in the local yearly show. The indoor rings are big and very nice. There are, also, outdoor show rings for learning events and competitions. There are 3 buildings that have huge halls for shows. Many use all 3. They're clean, easily accessible and the lighting is good. Parking is plentiful with many lots. It's not hard to find where you parked, either. I definitely recommend going to any or all events at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. It's a good time.

The crafting exhibits for quilts, knitted and crocheted items, and spinning/weaving were very interesting. Two different ladies explained differences in the wool and spinning techniques. This area gets a 5 star. Then I went to get something to eat with my husband. We craved fairground corn dogs and a beer. The corn dogs had been pre-cooked and were chewing and barely warm. NOT GOOD at all. There were a couple beer tents with poor selections...but it's the fair. The sign showed beer $7 each. He charged me $15. Hmmm Not being any, I asked why the difference in price. THEN he said that because one of the beers was an IPA (!?), it was $8. I was having a nice day so instead of tipping him, he just got paid. (Bait and switch prices?) (It was the booth near the stage, btw.) The food and beer got a 1 star. So that's where the 3 star rating came from. No more Douglas County Fair. Thanks but we're through. P.S. The 4H kids and animals were impressive! They get a 5 star, too!

Kuma's Table is an absolute experience that you will completely enjoy. This is absolutely authentic…read morehandmade Japanese cuisine. When I am in the mood for the cuisine from a particular country or region authenticity is everything. I have tried several of the dishes prepared by Kuma's Table and have been impressed by every one of them. The flavor and texture is spot on only to be out done by the side sauces that are served with the dish. The sauces have wonderful layers of flavor that are perfectly balanced. Each sauce elevates the dish that it accompanies. These are all hand made sauces. I have now enjoyed food prepared by Kuma's Table on several occasions and each time I find myself looking forward to the next time that I have the opportunity to experience yet another amazing dish that Kuma's Table has to offer. I can absolutely recommend Kuma's Table if you are looking for amazing Japanese cuisine. It truly is a treat to find this level of quality in a rural area such as Roseburg to find Japanese cuisine prepared so perfectly. I have not found this level of quality at Japanese restaurants in Portland or Seattle. If you desire a dining experience that you will absolutely enjoy then Kuma's Table is a must.

The head table did not receive food. What food was served was served cold & not in alignment with what was listed on the menu. When asked later what happened, he admitted he used Al to prep for the wedding & ultimately failed to accommodate for the party size. B) Was absent from the wedding venue for a majority of the evening. Every time someone sought him out, he was apparently offsite to retrieve necessary items and would return empty-handed. C) Did not come appropriately staffed & required other vendors to step in & assist with service. Without their assistance, dinner service would not have occurred. Ultimately, I would not recommend Abbott Catering for a wedding or large-scale event.
