Kelly the owner of party place gave us excuses that it was not delivered that way , well it was delivered that way , and tried to blame us for it being broken and unsafe. Well if someone had gotten in and it burst we would have had serious consequences. Well lost the money for filling the tank and not to mention the disappointment for our carnival.
