We don't live in the area, so our meetings were all via video chat, which worked out really well. She made sure that the ceremony was exactly what we were hoping for! I am getting teary even as I write this, thinking of her support. We are a queer couple who's wedding was postponed 2 years in a row due to the pandemic and a medical emergency in the family. We also had to change venues and caterer during all of the challenges. The path to our wedding day was not simple or easy, but Alegria's support and expertise made it all manageable. She was immediately responsive and loving about our concerns related to potential homophobia we might experience through our process. We never once felt othered or treated differently as a queer couple, something we are sensitive to. My spouse is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, and Alegria was immediately honoring and respectful. All of this makes a big difference when you've experienced prior homophobia in the place where you grew up. And when medical emergencies and the pandemic kept throwing up big barriers, Alegria was the calm in the storm. She joined us in grounded decision making, was thoughtful and informed, and really demonstrated so much care during the hard parts. When we had challenges with our past vendors that we ended up not working with, she had such helpful advice. And on our actual wedding day, which was so beautiful and perfect, Alegria joined us in our vision of a big community celebration. She and her staff were so so kind and thoughtful, so supportive. They made us feel special while reducing decision fatigue and stress. She worked with our vendors beautifully, and the day of we were able to truly relax and be present. We had booked him for our wedding day this year and we just found out that he was late,dressed messy,hard to reach and acting unprofessional at a wedding at our booked venue.We reached out to kindly say we believe that our dj vision no longer align with his and we would like our $500 dollar deposit back and he has been evading us.So not only has he been ignoring our emails to respectfully respond to us, he will not give us back our money. I'm just so sad because we were looking forward to a wonderful wedding and now we are back to square one with entertainment and out $500.I really urge people DO NOT book with David aka DJ classy unless you want someone who may or may not show up to your wedding or take your deposit money and run for the hills.

We had hip-hop, rap, cumbia's, reggaetón, top 40's, Spanish rock, and everything else I requested. It was mixed beautifully and just flowed one song into another all night. He was great in keeping us on schedule all night. Even when our wedding reception got completely out of control and the fire alarm went off at the Ashland Springs Hotel, David did not miss a beat and continued to keep the party going. Even if it was a real fire (thank god it wasn't!) and the hotel might of been burnt down, David and his equipment would still be standing pumping music! Everyone at our wedding complimented us on how well balanced the night was with music. His set up was top notch with lights, music, and fog. There was never a dull moment and did not have any technical difficulties. We highly recommend David for all your musical needs for your special occasions. David, thank you for helping make our wedding an event we will always cherish and remember.

She booked our party of nine people and everything was flawless! Every little detail was thought out. From our; flights, shuttles, hotels and restaurant recommendations. She gave us an app to make sure everyone in the party was synced. It gave us flight details, check list for paperwork to get into and out of Mexico and excursions booked for the day. She even found us a small cooking class where we made fresh tamales and sangria! Definitely would recommend, it was nice to give her a few things we wanted then let her take it from there. Took out all the hassle of doing my own hours of internet searching.

    In all fairness I have tried to list the pros in addition to the cons in this review…read more Amy is the main venue contact/manager and her partner, Jesse helps with setup and grounds maintenance. Things she promised but not deliver on; -Decorations on photo booth. Sadly, the decor for the photo booth that we provided, at our own cost, was ruined beyond repair (by Amy) and we were unable to use at the reception. More things she promised but not deliver on; -Outdoor games incl. cornhole -Price quote for fresh flowers -Fresh flowers on cake & help serving the cake -Assistance with wedding planning -Help directing activities during reception and being present and available during reception. We were constantly looking for her. -Having all the decorations prepped and ready to go prior to ceremony. We delivered decorations starting 2 weeks prior (per her request so that she could have them ready), however, she did not even look at them until the ceremony was about to begin. Unfortunately, some decor didn't make it out at all. Areas Amy was lacking in; -COMMUNICATION, VERY, VERY hard to get in contact with her, does not return phone calls/texts -ORGANIZATION, very unorganized, back rooms look like a hoarder house. Kitchen was very dirty. -Personal attention, she was taking personal texts/phonecalls during our rehearsal. -We personally went over what linens/decor we wanted on the dining table MONTHS prior and Amy as well as us took pics of the tables. We had to remind her MANY, MANY times what we had decided on. This included on the night of rehearsal! At the rehearsal she was trying to talk us into table linens that weren't even my daughters colors! We had given her a swatch MONTHS prior. Pros, things that were provided, Beautiful, beautiful property Tables & chairs provided Bathrooms provided Jesse (partner) was very helpful and tried to compensate for Amy Serving of food (food brought by us) Using our decorations, they did get the wedding arch decorated nicely (I assume this was done by Jesse) Sound system Table #'s provided Engaged couples beware! They have a wonderful property, however the management of the venue is very, very lacking. One of their big selling points is that they say they help with the wedding planning. They do not!

    Avigail was our wedding planner, day-of coordinator, and florist for our perfect July 2025 wedding…read more We enjoyed every aspect of working with Avigail: her resources to the greater event planning community, recommendations of vendors and potential locations, general experience in wedding planning, and her eye for floral and event design. She and husband Noel worked together on our wedding setup and day-of coordination. Between the two of them and the service team they brought, every aspect of the day was covered and super easeful for me and my husband. Noel was especially helpful for set up and A/V, which was a big relief for us because we did not hire a DJ or MC. The entire team, from set-up and service to breakdown, was incredibly professional and made the day feel seamless. Avigail's florals were jaw-droppingly beautiful and to this day we get compliments from our friends and family. We were looking for a mix of tropical meets romantic for our bouquets and table arrangements. She hit the nail on the head for absolutely every arrangement (see photos). A day-of coordinator is the most important vendor you could look for, and we couldn't recommend Avigail more! As far as florals go, there is NO better option locally than Avigail. She has the experience, resources, and natural talent to meet any and all budgets, visions, and expectations. You truly made our wedding the best day of our lives! We cannot thank you more.
