The bathrooms were filthy, had spider webs everywhere. The paint was chipping throughout the venue. Looked like they didn't bother to upkeep the yard work. No lights by the walking area at night (which is a huge safety hazard). We had seniors with walkers.... Fruit flies in the drinks. Oh....here's the biggest one.... The owner's wife is a nutcase AND SHE'S RUDE. We witnessed her drive a golf cart and back into a guest's truck and then continue to yell at them....it was completely her fault. Don't waste your money. Find a new wedding venue.

They were for May, which in light of the current state of things in the vaca-world seems like plenty of notice. Though their policy does state they charge a fee for cancelations - no matter what. The rest of the industry also charges cancelation fees. Yet, they have all waived them due to the extraordinary circumstances the world is facing. The place is very nice to stay at. We've stayed before. Now though, I believe we have seen the true nature of things. It makes me sad to think we will not be rescheduling our stay. We made it clear that we'd be doing that as soon as the world settled into its new norm.

Jeanie and Russ, the owners of this 1913 home, are excellent hosts and great breakfast cooks. We had french toast with fresh berries, poached eggs and bacon one day and blueberry muffins, omelets and locally made sausage the second morning. We stayed in the Royal King Suite. It was a spacious room with comfortable sitting area, fireplace, jacuzzi tub and high quality bed. Both suites have private entrances. In addition to the two bed and breakfast suites, this property is also a wedding venue with a gazebo, tent for the reception, and even a vintage automobile. Jeanie has been a wedding coordinator for many years and adds her special expertise to the many weddings they have each year. We hope to return soon when we come to the Rogue Valley again.

Me and the other girl on my crew decided to let them go and we went to dinner at the restaurant at the casino and hotel. This place is a little bigger than some of the Indian Casinos I've seen like in California, but not as big as some Indian casinos in California, those are just like Vegas! This location at least has an Indian sounding name "KO-Kwel" Casino and resort. There's a hotel and restaurant as well as live entertainment. One thing they don't have are live table games like Blackjack, Craps or Roulette. Plenty of slot machines though. I guess with modern machines there no coin "SLOTS" anymore, just a slot to stuff bills into! Well, good luck to those guys on my crew. Plus very spacious suite, spotlessly clean, very top-grade appointments and amenities, fabulous shower, and beautiful art work. And then we meet the owners, Cherie and Duane, and are greeted with warmth and joy. To stay here is now not a choice, but a must for me on future visits to J'ville.

Additionally virtually every need down to charging cables and book reading lights are in the room. We will definitly be back!!!
