In fact, Janet threw a temper tantrum when I called her on her failure to do her job -- and quit! Yes, three months before my wedding my "wedding planner" quits and refuses to refund my money. She claims to be a certified wedding planner. She is not. I checked . . . She has no vendor contacts or partners. I learned the hard way that this is because she can't get along with people and no one will work with her. He senses of style could best be described as Trailer Trash or perhaps Dollar Store Chic. If you're looking for elegance, run the other way. I want all other brides to avoid what I went through. DO NOT work with Janet Hicks, Alex Norelius, or Magickal Memories. It was a nightmare for me.
