First off, a nice sense of calm welcomed me from the melodic sounds of nature, as I walked up from the parking lot to the Spa doors. Then a second scent of renewed energy embraced me as entered the serene lobby. This was a very new experience for me to have my hair appointment at a full spa. It is like night and day. I met with Alexis and she made me feel so at ease. I told her my back was sore and she brought me a heated pillow. Alexis asked me what I was looking to get out of our session and she over exceeded my asks! She put the TLC back into my hair and helped me feel rejuvenated and myself again. My layers, curls, and texture are perfect! I'll be back in 6 weeks for color and cut. I'm looking forward to another fun and relaxing visit at the Blue Giraffe Spa and my new Hair Artist, Alexis!

Not only is he a real expert he is also a very nice man. He immediately put me at ease and listened to my concerns while offering his extensive advice as to what he thought might work best. The bad: I had a manicure paid for by a friend so I thought I'd pay for an upgrade. The final price ended up being only $5 off of a shellac manicure. A manicure is not $5. Of course, I didn't have to pay until I was leaving and by that time I was utterly shocked at my "service". The ugly: She cut my nails too short - the only people who should have nails this short are children who bite them until they bleed! She cut my nails shorter than I've ever had them! The "specialist" left the nail treatment on my hands too long and gave me chemical burns on my fingers. I will never return and highly recommend against visiting there.
