We were part of 8 couples with Chef Sandy leading through the Taste of Tuscany. We enjoyed tastings of wine paired with a 6 course dinner that we all took part in cooking. It was a wonderful evening of great food, wine, company and lots of laughter. We made some great new friends. It is a wonderful experience and will do it again! Chef Sandy holds 'couples' cooking classes once a month with a different theme every month. You even get to take the recipes home. To top off the evening we stayed the night at the bed and breakfast where the Cooking School is. What a treat to wake up to Chef Sandy's breakfast cooking downstairs!

Is that to hide the taste of the clams? It also ends up oversalting the soup. Divine's Clam Chowder is chock full of clams. And clam chowder should taste like clams. Not Bacon. But I digress. They also use a lot of their own home-grown herbs and vegetables. It's just refreshing; and delicious. The paninis are excellent too, as is their orzo. Give them a try. Most of the time I have at best an expectation of mediocre food at wedding type events - the food that C&C brought for our event was a Mexican based theme and very good. You obviously also had many kind moments and just had everything under control. I do think you could benefit from having like an office manager, sometimes I would email and take a while to hear back. But you are the chef and should be able to focus on your food! (They always have enough to feed my hungry staff) Their food presentation is superior to most, and we've seen quite a few. Qualities' staff present themselves very professionally, and interact well with our staff resulting in a seamless delivery for our bridal couples. We don't directly contract the food catering for our wedding events, but I can certainly recommend Quality Catering to anyone. We have never had a bridal couple disappointed with their choice of Quality for their special day. As a wedding venue operator, I must depend on the host's choice of caterer to be able to deliver. Whenever Quality Catering is selected, I am certain the event will be a success.

I worked with Terry via the phone and email to set up a surprise birthday party for my mom from out of town. There was a great and long list of appetizers both hot and cold to choose from. A staff member arrived at my winery venue on time and in professional manner. She set up a lovely buffet of the appetizers I had pre selected. Chafing dishes for hot items, real plates, silverware and cloth napkins were all included for the price quoted. A staff member stayed and made sure that the food stayed full, fresh, people where helped and tables bussed. Near the end of the event the staff member quietly broke down the buffet and thoughtfully packed the leftovers for us in take out containers. I was impressed that we were even left with paper plates and napkins if needed. The leftovers reheated nicely the next day for lunch. I was impressed with both the quality and quantity of the food for the price. I have had several guests ask who did the food. I would not hesitate to use Quality Catering for another event.
