We were part of 8 couples with Chef Sandy leading through the Taste of Tuscany. We enjoyed tastings of wine paired with a 6 course dinner that we all took part in cooking. It was a wonderful evening of great food, wine, company and lots of laughter. We made some great new friends. It is a wonderful experience and will do it again! Chef Sandy holds 'couples' cooking classes once a month with a different theme every month. You even get to take the recipes home. To top off the evening we stayed the night at the bed and breakfast where the Cooking School is. What a treat to wake up to Chef Sandy's breakfast cooking downstairs!

Is that to hide the taste of the clams? It also ends up oversalting the soup. Divine's Clam Chowder is chock full of clams. And clam chowder should taste like clams. Not Bacon. But I digress. They also use a lot of their own home-grown herbs and vegetables. It's just refreshing; and delicious. The paninis are excellent too, as is their orzo. Give them a try. They'll soon be opening for takeaway dinner, too. And are planning to put in a salad bar. The restaurant is located in the harbor, Right on Ellensburg, adjacent to Club Sockeye.

Most of the time I have at best an expectation of mediocre food at wedding type events - the food that C&C brought for our event was a Mexican based theme and very good. I would not recommend Josh Cleveland and C&C Catering to anyone…read more We had a great tasting a few months before our wedding, at which Josh told us all about his culinary training and his experience catering high-end, elevated events. Even though his pricing was almost double our other options, we wanted to give our guests a great experience. Food was our number one priority at our wedding. We paid extra for a plated dinner. When our wedding day came Josh was at least an hour late to arrive and didn't bring adequate staff to execute food for a cocktail hour + a 2 course plated dinner for 50 (3 different proteins, 4 different sides, a vegetarian meal, and some kids meals). He was the only person in the kitchen before dinner, and there was only one server bringing food from the kitchen to 50 guests. Josh didn't serve our agreed upon menu, and the food preparation was poorly executed (think bagged vegetables tossed into boiling water, with little to no seasoning). Food trickled out of the kitchen, with some guests waiting at least an hour for their dinner. What I've described is just a subset of everything that went wrong. The bartending service that we hired through Josh and C&C also fell short. Josh deposited our check on our wedding day. After our wedding I let Josh know that we were not happy with his dinner service and he's made no effort to address our complaints. The whole experience was a black mark on our wedding day. We did not get what we paid for. Find a different caterer for your wedding.

Qualities' staff present themselves very professionally, and interact well with our staff resulting in a seamless delivery for our bridal couples. We don't directly contract the food catering for our wedding events, but I can certainly recommend Quality Catering to anyone. We have never had a bridal couple disappointed with their choice of Quality for their special day. As a wedding venue operator, I must depend on the host's choice of caterer to be able to deliver. Whenever Quality Catering is selected, I am certain the event will be a success.

I worked with Terry via the phone and email to set up a surprise birthday party for my mom from out of town. There was a great and long list of appetizers both hot and cold to choose from. A staff member arrived at my winery venue on time and in professional manner. She set up a lovely buffet of the appetizers I had pre selected. Chafing dishes for hot items, real plates, silverware and cloth napkins were all included for the price quoted. A staff member stayed and made sure that the food stayed full, fresh, people where helped and tables bussed. Near the end of the event the staff member quietly broke down the buffet and thoughtfully packed the leftovers for us in take out containers. I was impressed that we were even left with paper plates and napkins if needed. The leftovers reheated nicely the next day for lunch. I was impressed with both the quality and quantity of the food for the price. I have had several guests ask who did the food. I would not hesitate to use Quality Catering for another event.

I was compelled to visit twice in one day and can't wait to go back!
