The Physcians Assistant that assisted me caused over four (4) HIPPA violations within five minutes trying to prove a personal point and cause embarrassment to a patient. The lack respect, customer service, tact, patient care, and bad attitude is what I received instead. If it was not for the Doctor who respectfully issued a refund, I cannot say how long she would have continued. I will not be returning to the wellness center because if this is the type of person that will come and do what she did to a patient today, that is not a place that I can do business.
