I purchased a Groupon that is going to expire soon and haven't been able to schedule an appointment. I have called 5 times over 3 days within their hours of operation (per their website) and no one has answered the phone. They did call back a few times more than an hour after I called, but I was working and could not answer. This makes me question if this is a legitimate business and I will just eat the cost of the Groupon and take my business elsewhere. read more

Don't waste your time. When I made it to my appt they were closed, they did not bother to reach out and inform me of this. When I finally made it they charged additional fees for having used my own doctor for a prescription. This cost me 3X the advertised cost. Received my first colonic here a couple of weeks ago. The actual experience itself was great, compared to what I was imagining, and the staff was very professional at all times. I've had GI issues my whole life and am now looking into the Holistic approach to my gut to see if I can find some relief. So far the colonic hasn't helped me much with improvement of my stomach, however I did not not go back and get another one back to back as recommended as it is a little pricey. I would not recommend this place! I was never explained the process, just to sit and that the water would start shortly. Once the process started, I was in there the whole time alone. She never checked on me to see if I was ok. It was my first time and it would have been nice for her to just check..a quick 3 seconds. I had my first colonic yesterday, what an experience! Stephanie was really sweet, but I could have used a full consult before my procedure since it was my first time and I was obviously pretty freaked out. I had a Groupon for this service and I'd say it was worth the money I paid, though that might have been why I didn't receive the orientation beforehand. I'm considering another procedure as I am actively trying to lose weight and Stephanie said the second time releases more waste...still contemplating if I will or not. The place is clean and you can keep an eye on what's happening BC they have a mirror set up. Research what an open system is before going, it will save you a lot of worry and initial WTF-ing. Overall, if I get another colonic I'll go here BC Stephanie was nice to me in my total awkwardness and it felt so private (trust me, you don't want anyone to be within twenty feet if the room). i went for the colonic on a saturday. i must say my first impression of the facility and the room was wow very clean. the lady who helped me with the colonic was very knowledge on how the digestive system worked and what type of foods to use to help assist with the colonic. i would give it five stars but i would never ever get another colonic (this is my experience) because for one i did not like the feeling of the involuntary using the restroom during the session and after the colonic it seem like i had some trouble using the bathroom. This is the only place that I have had a colonic so I don't have a basis for comparison. I will say I enjoyed the experience enough to buy an additional set of 3 colonics. The staff is friendly and helpful and I don't ever feel that I am being intruded on in any way. I also like that the staff is consistent from visit to visit, makes the place feel established. I like that there are timers on the machines and that there are buttons to push in case you need assistance. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt so I made an appt anyway after I called the second time. I was told some paper work was going to be emailed to me in which it was never done. I think this facility is irresponsible. At that point I canceled my appointment. I could not trust anyone that was that careless in just setting up an appointment. This was my first experience with this facility. Upon walking in the facility is very relaxing and pleasant. My experience otherwise was very disappointing. I was running about 8 minutes late due to the lack of parking around the building. After arriving, Stephanie placed me in the room to lay on the Biomat for a few minutes (so I thought)--she never came back to check on me and I came out of the room after waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Stephanie was on her cell phone giving out directions to another client. I asked what the hold up is as I need to get back to work. She stated to give her 2 minutes to setup. She then disappeared for another 10 minutes and came back as if is no big deal that I have been waiting for almost one hour at this point. Once again I asked what the hold up is and she stated that it will be another 2 minutes. I informed her that I was told the "2 minute" thing 15 minutes ago and that I don't have time to wait. She then informed me that the scheduling was backed up a little bit. I was very surprised that she would make me wait for almost one whole hour to tell me that she is backed up--if I was informed of this at the beginning I wouldn't have wasted my time and I would have rescheduled. Due to this unprofessionalism, I WILL NOT be coming back to this facility for any procedure. I cannot give a review of the colon hydrotherapy service because unfortunately, I never made it to the procedure. I suggest to this facility to be more up front with their clients as this incident definitely make me question the professionalism of this business. read more
