OK....not the largest spa around....THANK GOD!!!! Every time I go to Serente, I feel like I matter as a patron....I have had numerous treatments there over the past four years including facials, detox, oxygen, massage (Tony is the BEST IN HOUSTON) and most recently VENUS LEGACY which is a non evasive treatment with no down time that yields refinement to most any area you elect to have treated....my abs are rockin! Linda, Lola and MOM....all great ambassadors that run a professional and well managed operation....I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a scheduled treatment.....during my occasional wait I have enjoyed delicious treats made by MOM and paired with complimentary champagne....who cares about ten minutes when you have such hospitality! OH...And I just read the review regarding a massage and I have to comment. With all do respect, I have never been asked to totally disrobe for a massage. It has always been optional! I elect to be nude because I know how totally professional the service is.....and I know the technique referenced........The masseuse referenced is a great masseuse because he is also a licensed chiropractor. I think he's the best because of the combination of massage and chiropractic skill.....Perhaps you should keep your bra and panties on the next time you seek such a service. Just saying! Furthermore, I am certain you could have changed the tone of your service had you spoken up at Serente rather than on Yelp! And honestly, ..If you are uncomfortable with a service, stop it and leave....don't bash a credible business and tell us all that you endured this discomfort but never stopped the session.....doesn't add up for me! I have referred several girl friends to this spa and they are now loyal and happy patrons..... I have a bad back and was searching for a place that actually know how to give a therapeutic massage along with stretches. After going through several places and wasting my money and my time my friend recommended serente spa. The place was very serene and clean I was greeted very warm and professionally Was offered tea and some delicious pastry as I was waiting. After a while the massage therapist came by and greeted me When we entered the room he explained the type of massage he was going to give and was very knowledgeable of the muscular system. The room was very nice and clean Music was very relaxing and IT WAS THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD He was very concerned and made sure at all moments that I was properly covered and comfortable He explained the stretches he was going to give me His behavior and approach was very appropriate and he knew exactly what type of pressure to use and how to stretch the proper muscle group. After the massage I was giving a glass of water and guided to the relaxing room which I was giving oxygen inhalation. I will go back again and I will recommend serente to everyone I know. UPDATE: 8/21/15 So they have this new body contouring treatment called VENUS LEGACY. I've had my arms and abdomen treated and I am so amazed at the results!!! I've had three treatments and my arms and abs are def smaller and showing improvement. I'm so excited to see the final results!!!! It's painless and literally takes 20 minutes. WOW This place is your one stop for all beauty needs. Linda (the owner) is extremely informative and knowledgeable on all services. They have facials, massage, waxing, skin care, etc... I went for a hot stone massage with Tony, best ever! He's a chiropractor and know EXACTLY what he's doing to the body - highly recommend. I also had and an Intraceutucals infusion GIgi. She has over 30 years experience and treated my skin with the most care and attention to detail! I would recommend this facial! Instant results! All the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I had my first airbrush tan done here last week(for a wedding) and will be going back twice more. I've done mystic tan booth at tanning salons and I will never go back. the girls are very nice and make you feel so comfortable. the prices were very reasonable. $45 for a full body tan and next time I will bring my sister with me. we both get $5 off if we go together. Tan came out pretty close to perfect. there were some faint lines here and there but not noticeable to other people and compared to mystic booth, I feel this is the better option. I did have to wait 8 hours to shower which was fine. I just slept on it and showered the next morning! read more

I had a facial done by Linda and it was heaven! I haven't had a facial in years and it was well over due! The products she used made my face feel amazing and they have a great selection of moisturizers and serums that I use in my daily routine. The spa itself was beautiful and the staff was so welcoming. I went in for a pedicure and deep tissue massage from this place. I was very skeptical because I don't like getting pedicures when there are lots if people around, but to my surprise they have a PRIVATE pedicure room that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They also have this comfy chair that is used for a really memorable experience. It is very upscale and worth every penny spent. The staff is super friendly and it's very clean inside.
