I have Been coming here since June 2023 and there is no where that gives such great results like here at Innovative. I just want to start off by saying that I was one of the first patients Innovative ever attended to before Jung became the superstar that he is now on Instagram. I got my BBL done June 17, 2020 by Dr. Jung and was recommended to go to this place for my massages. Being that I was told they were the best in town at the time, I went for it... Only to regret it three days in. The first day out of surgery, one hour off the table, I had to go in to get my massage... They were trying to get me to swipe my credit card for more money right after waking up from anesthesia, as soon as I walked through the door. I had already prepaid for my massages, so there was no reason for them to try to upsell me on anything more. Very very unethical. They were draining me so much on day one I started to lose blood pressure and I had to lay down and stop my massage early so I didn't even get my full massage that day. I felt as if I was going to blackout. And they were scrambling to get me to lay down and calm down. Super unethical, I knew right then and there, something deep down in my gut said do not come back here. I tried to stick it out since I purchased five massages... And I ended up leaving after day three, demanding a refund due to not feeling safe in their care. They agreed to refunding my money for the last two services although it took a bit of arguing for them to come to the agreement. I ended up going to 713 heavenly hands by Miss Anitra and she made me feel 100% comfortable 100% of the time. This is what you want when you've had a traumatic surgery done to you... You want to feel cared for... Not like a cash cow. Stay far away from this place they're deleting Instagram comments as well as my own since I have a very high following on Instagram. I recently had Lipo 360 and BBL with Dr. Jung. Although the healing process is in itself extremely difficult, Marianna and the rest of the staff at Innovative are amazing at making you feel comfortable. The massages always made me feel much better afterwards. They have a proactive approach to lymphatic therapy that prevents complications from occurring and IF they do, they make sure they do everything they can to correct it. I've never been to a place where there is no respect for your privacy when vulnerable and nude in an exam room. No exaggeration, during my 30 minute lymphatic massage, at least 5 people came in and out with the door swung wide open. To top it off, as I was getting dressed, bare breasts out, another lady comes into the exam room to get a machine and actually leaves the door open for at least a full 20 seconds. Patients freely walk the hallways and can easily see patients in the tiny patient rooms. So unprofessional. And the front receptionist is about as rude as it gets. read more

Marianna is the best at what she does truly. My biggest concern after surgery was how bad the massages would hurt and id say theyre a 5/10. Ive had 5 massages so far and she has drained so much of my fluid. Her staff is caring and very helpful. She used lasers, some kind of suction machine, and her hands to drain the fluid to reduce swelling. I definetely recommend. They are more on the pricer side but you get what you pay for and the results are amazing. I cant wait to see what i look like healed! read more

This place gave me anxiety every time I try to book & every time I'm there it's stressful trauma. I tried so so so hard to give them chances one after another be a Dr.Jung was the one who recommended them on the #1 list. All these raves on google is most likely fake. I'm a real patient & I have recorded my journey everyday pre & post op. Seriously, my 3rd session there right out of surgery, I cried during one of my session in a small room was full with at least 5 Hispanic girls who were trying to observed & learned while I was post traumatized due to surgery & they were all speaking in Spanish & laughing...meanwhile I was in pain. This is no way to treat a professional business. I had to ask dr. Jung to schedule me an appointment with them in which he claims as his his verified lymphatic massage. Don't be fooled by these claims Instagram doctors to give you the attention & needs that you want. They want fame & names to be known & especially your money! I had to beg for oxycodone prescribed so I can get through each session. I swear on everything that this place was my nightmare. I will never be back or recommend anyone who has had surgery to be here. It's depressing & inconsistent. You literally have to suck up to them to get in. What they'll tell you is "I'm so sorry miss , our books are booked & we have to work on getting you in day by day". So the extra $3,000 I have spent here is flushed in the toilet. ***BEWARE*** If you're coming here for post op lymphatic drainage massages definitely find somewhere else to go!! Save yourself money, stress, pain, and potentially your new assets, and just go somewhere else. This place is only interested in taking your money. They charged me $210 per 45 min massage(which includes dressing and undressing). They charged extra for arms and thighs, even though they don't give you any extra time for that. They care nothing about your actual post op care. They're all about the first week or two of drainage and after that they really couldn't care less, unless they want to use you for their Instagram account, which is mostly girls who are from out of town. If you are from Houston, definitely go somewhere else. Their scheduling is a nightmare. Nonexistent would be more accurate actually. I paid them $4k in a month and I had to basically fight for every one of my appointments after I finished draining. I was completely open and flexible with my schedule as the only thing I had going on at the time was my recovery. When I was 5 weeks post op they completely abandoned me and my post op care. Even though they told me I needed special "breakage" massages to resolve scar tissue and fascia issues. Following surgery the last thing you need is added stress. This place had me so stressed out that I lost 17 pounds following my surgery and you're not supposed to be losing weight at all after surgery. Unless you want to beg and plead for your massages, be treated like you're a huge inconvenience to them, endure excruciatingly painful massages, and possibly lose the grafted fat you just paid a lot of money for....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is a nightmare! On one occasion the head lady Marianna came into the room while I was undressing with another masseuse. She had me lean over the table so she could stick a needle in my lipo entryway in the back, even though they told me I was finished draining the week before. She then had me lie down on the table and before I was even settled, and without any warning, she leaned over and stabbed the needle in my front entryway in my groin area. This was less than 48 hours after I had seen my Dr and had him reopen that same entryway and drain some fluid. I was shocked and appalled! And it hurt like heck! I felt completely violated and silently cried through my massage that day. It was horrific and completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I want to add that Abby, and the other girls who massaged me were kind and did a great job with my massages immediately after surgery. This review is no reflection on them. The problems started at day 12 when they said they had no more availability for the next two weeks and they got worse from there. Whoever owns this place needs to seriously address the situation there and rethink their business model, scheduling situation, and the woman they have put in charge. This is not how a place specializing in post operative medical care should operate or treat patients. Women are more than their IG accounts. Let me start off by saying- this is NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM REVIEWING NOELIA (the massage lady) FROM Innovative. I am reviewing the customer service from the place! I had been trying to book an appointment from here since February. I was 12 weeks POST OP when I decided to book as my previous massage person didn't drain me right. I seen the corrections and was very impressed. The only thing was that their schedule did not coordinate with mine. I literally took the day off to try them out. Then the winter storm hit Houston and we had to cancel. It then took them a WHOLE month to reschedule me. They then could only fit me in March 12. Luckily this was my birthday and I was already off. I went in with Noelia who was SOO sweet and hurt me like hell but I know she was doing her job as I was a correction patient. Any who I decided to book a package and as I walked out the lady on their IG videos came up to me at the front desk and said- "can you come in tomorrow Saturday as Noelia said your case is "SEVERE". So, the next day was a Saturday (which there supposed to be closed) but I was offered an appointment so I took it. But before she offered me an appointment she told the front desk girl in front of me "is she paying by each appointment or in full" insinuating as if I aint got the money to pay. I quickly said "ILL PAY THE WHOLE PACKAGE NOW" I guess I looked broke to them LOL. I mentioned right then and there my work schedule and she said they would work with me. Since my case is severe. So I came in Saturday. Then I asked can I go ahead and book my other 4 appointments and they said No hey they will call me when one comes up. Mind you I'm a 9-5 working person. I told them I need to tell my boss I am leaving early on these days that I can't tell them a day before. They refused to give me appointments ahead of time. They said since they were fitting me in at 4:30pm on these days that they can't book ahead. They also told me 4:30 was there last appointment so i didn't understand how they were fitting me in. So I finished my package and Noelia specifically said I definitely needed more massages. She also said she had no control over the reception people and how she was not fond of them. She said if they give me a hard time on scheduling to let her know and she will work with me. I walk out my last appointment and said I wanted to buy another package, and the front desk girl name Jenny told me "We don't think we your schedule will work out with ours" her ass was basically saying we can't book a package for you because of my 9-5 schedule. I immediately said I wanted to speak to a manager because I need more massages. She didn't want to book me another package because now all of a sudden Noelia is booked until the end of April. She said I can call back Monday-Friday and speak to Gloria the manager. So I called Monday, no answer. Tuesday no answer. I text their phone complaining and boom Gloria calls me. This was April 6th. It is April 19thand this lady has not called me back. She told me she would talk to Noelia and get back to me. I let her know how disappointed I was in her service and how critical I needed these massages. I also told her to book me for anything Noelia has so I can just leave work and go. She assured me she booked me for like 2 appointments in the end of April. I have been blowing up their phone and Jenny the receptionist who is sweet but knows nothing that is going on said she will give Gloria a note. I asked for her direct line. She doesn't have it. I asked can I go up there and talk to Gloria since she can't call me back she says she doesn't know where her office is at. I got promised a call so many times and she still has not called me back. I am so disappointed because If you were my massagist Noelia you will know how BAD I need these massages from her. All of a sudden, they can't see me at 4:30 and Saturdays Is not okay either because there closed. YET THEY TOOK ME MY SECOND MASSAGE ON SATURDAY. They lie to much here and all I asked for is a call back. But Gloria is always busy or in meeting or off for the week. Jenny the coordinator is rude as heck and has no sympathy because she obviously has never had a BBL before so does not know what we go through. The Jenny girl also told me Gloria canceled my appointments in April because I told her I couldn't fit in that schedule but I specifically asked her to keep them for me and I will tell my manager and I will just go. Now I'm stuck with no call back, no appointments, and still needed corrections. They also took pics on my first day and my last and I have yet to see them! They only care about money here obviously and do not take into consideration what patients need. I even asked Gloria, if she can't take me ok- do they know anyone else I can go too because I REALLY need massages. I am just so sad and disappointed these people are like this!! read more

I had an appointment today that I booked online several weeks ago because even though COVID is in full effect I am extremely busy, and when I walked in today I was met with the the worst attitude. On top of that there was no one taking tempts to make sure guests weren't at Risk of infecting others. On top of that they told me I didn't have an appointment set for today and they didn't have me on the books at all. I came for a Whole body Exfoliation and was looking forward to this because I have not had time to take care of myself lately. The associate responsible for giving me such a hard time was a Marianna. And she had the nerve to walk around her fellow associates without wearing a mask and when i made it a point to express the importance of it, she replied with it's none of my business.
