The waiting room and parking lot can get crowded when there's a lot of classes going on, which makes it hard sometimes. You can view the kids in gymnastics, with the cameras they have connected on the TV, which can get difficult to see sometimes as well.

I LOVE BBB at Bayside because well first of all there is actual parking next door for it. Parking for a classes-only gym... In QUEENS?? Unheard of. But more importantly, everyone is serious about fitness and works really hard exercising, but no one takes themSELVES too seriously. It's not a popularity contest. It's mostly young professionals who are there to do their thing, hype you up if necessary, and peace out. The music pumps you up, and like my favorite instructor Carlos says, this place encourages you to "Eat something healthy and don't be a jerk".
