They make the class fun and they are friendly and attentive to the kids. The owner can be a little strict with the make up policies but I understand it's business. We did a birthday party for my daughter here and I can't even describe how AMAZING!!!!!!!!! it was. Everything was taken care of by the amazing staff! From the beginning it was such a pleasure to work with them and the day of went SO smoothly. Mikayla and the team who were working with us made sure everything was set up perfectly and was so amazing with the children. They were occupied and happy for more than an hour! Did my daughter's birthday party here. You will not believe the weekends can have 2-3 birthday parties! The staff was very well trained and attentive, they never hesitated to help in any way so I really appreciated it. They set up the table well, followed your guidance on how to serve or accommodate kids, and they were adequately staffed to work the birthday table as well as lead the gym activities. The kids had a blast, we had to yank them away from the gym to have them eat. The guest children wanted to come back for their own birthday party so that says enough about the quality. Please review what package you want before you sign, because time is tight and the program cannot accommodate sudden changes. It's worth it. read more

I give one start for the staff there BUT the place is so run down, kinda dark, and all of their equipments are soooooo old..... all starting to tear.... Went there for our sons' friends bday oarty i wantsd to leave right away bc it just wasnt pleasant at all..... i dont even know why people would want their kiddos have their bday parties there... so not inviting. Wonderful party experience. I took my 2 and 5 years old to attend a birthday party there. There was 4 staff working diligently with 15-20 five yo six years old. It was organized and kids had an awesome time. Typhoon balloon was fun --Kids were in an enclosed inflatable space with strong wind blowing to catch balloons. They don't have open play. They offer classes instead. Price is more tan I want yo pay for but birthday party was awesome. Gym Space is spacious enough to accommodate a birthday party of 20 kids. Party space where they serve the pizza was crowded when kids and parents all present in the same space. You have to walk sideways to pass through the crowd. Sorry for the long review but worth it Party age group 9months-75 years old I had my son's 2nd birthday party here yesterday. Let me start off by saying i was very worried with one party ending at 5:15 and n Mine was starting at 5:30. I was concerned that things would be pure chaos so I was having a little anxiety. Yes i keep calling being anal and a pure pain. They kept telling me everything would be fine and taken care of so don't worry. In my head I kept saying sure they have been paid already so of course they would tell me anything to make me feel better. With that said the minute I got in I was acting as Martha Stuart because I'm a perfectionist. Again anxiety kicked in once I saw everything that was being brought in. I kept saying omg where are we putting all this stuff. The staff felt just as I did. We even made a joke saying it was like I was moving in. Hahaha. After everything I stepped back and let then take full control for once. They did such an amazing job and catered to all of our needs. They constantly came to us asking "if anything else was needed" "if we where fine" "could they change or do anything better etc. Best staff I have ever dealt with in my 14 yrs of doing parties for my boys. I was worried my 9-24yr olds and the adults wouldn't enjoy themselves but every one had a fantastic time. Most pp may see the price and want to go else where. I am telling you when it comes to especially the little ones it's worth every penny. You will not find such great, attentive, and patient staff members like this guys. These guys seem to truly love what they do! Most places just do it for the check but even if they don't love it lol they don't show it like other places. Hands down best place ever!!!!! read more

We liked the cleanliness of the space and the friendly instructors, but in general the space runs on the small side, especially once it fills with toddlers. Classes run a little too close to each other and there are patches of chaos that could be avoided if there was a longer break between classes for everyone to shuffle in and out of the close quarters. We went with an alternate space, but wish the team here lots of luck. read more

Great place for party! Had my son's first birthday party here and the staff was wonderful. Our guests ranged from 1-9 years old and each kid had a great time. Two children said it was the best party ever! I'm picky when it comes to most things. I've researched many places before stumbling upon Park City Gymnastics. I'm glad I did. Highly recommend. This place is really very special! Let's start with the teachers. My daughter absolutely loves Ms. Dianne. This wonderful woman is exceptional with little kids, they all love and adore her. Image how hard it is to keep a bunch of 18 month olds - 4 years old entertained and semi-focused for a solid hour. It's close to impossible! Yet she does it. There also Ms. Alyssa. A sweet and loving younger teacher, but just as great with little ones. My daughter had her 2nd birthday there and we plan on doing her 3rd there as well. It was a blast! Park City Gymnastics is AMAZING! No need to think twice about joining the class here. Many Yelpers have reviewed PCG just about the birthday parties, but this place is excellent for toddler activity. I have been coming here with our two year olds twin boys for about 9 months now, and still to this day, they enjoy coming here. First and most importantly, Ms. Diane is the best! She understands children very well, always very kind, and knows exactly when to challenge kids and when to give them a break. The classes are not just about running around and getting your kids tired. Ms. Diane makes sure that they learn real gymnastics movements (in modification, of course) and develop their muscles and brains! The facility is also excellent. Very cushiony floors, spacious area, and lots of obstacles. Ms. Diane also changes the course every week, so that children do not get bored of doing the same things over and over again. This is a safe environment, and I never worry about them getting hurt. Parking is a challenge, but parking is challenging everywhere anyway. The neighborhood is not great either - lots of body shops, cars always coming and going, and no place to take the kids afterwards (but, they are tired after the class anyway). We love this place, and we will continue to come for many more days and for more classes! I highly recommend it to moms in Queens! :) read more

Had my daughter's 3th bday here and it was fantastic and affordable! It was non-stop fun from the minute the party started till the kids left. Many parents were impressed. The kids did well keeping up but was a little advanced for some of the younger kids in our group. I picked this place originally because she loves her gymnastic class and I thought they were best equipped to handle the mix age group I had attending at the park (I had 1 year olds to 14 year olds!) and they were! We also attend the gymnastic program once a week. The staff is professional and knowledgable in what they are doing. My daughter is only 3 and has really good form in her jumps and tumbles. Totally shows she has been attending the school. She loves it and looks forward to her class each week. The weekend classes are HUGE, if you can swing it I highly recommend signing up during the week for classes! Parking is not great but you will always find a spot! Plenty of street parking all around the gymnastics center! Just stinks when its bad weather but otherwise we enjoy walking to class! read more

We had my 4 year old son's birthday party here and the kids all had such a fun time. It was so well organized. The activities were nonstop, fully supervised and coordinated, which I think is exactly what you need for a group of 12 kids. The attendants were are really great with the kids and able to engage them. I would caution that it may be too advanced for kids younger than 3 to 3 1/2. The rest of the party was also well coordinated. It's nice that you're the only one having your party there at one time - makes the birthday boy feel special and its less hectic. We celebrated my kids (7 and 3) birthday at Park City Gymnastics and it was great. I was a little worried that it won't be interesting enough for 7 years old, but the instructors were so great that all the kids just followed them and explored everything. There was A LOT to explore! The place is colorful, lots of gymnastics equipment, and again, the instructors kept it so challenging and engaging for everyone. We added the extra food and decorations to the package and we didn't need to do anything but bring the cake and enjoy the party with our guests. We just had a birthday for our 5 year old and I have to say that it was such a great time. The instructors were great and the kids had a blast. We literally walked in and everything was taken care of except for the birthday cake (including cool age and gender appropriate gift bags). Each child was able to get a turn on almost all of their equipment. This was probably the most fun my daughter has had a at a birthday party. I cannot recommend this enough as a birthday venue. Just like last year when we had our son's party at your gym, we were so very pleased with how smoothly our daughter's party went this past Friday afternoon and by how much fun the kids all had. She and the other kids had a great time and everything was very well organized. I want to specifically mention how incredibly professional and organized the main instructor, Chris, was and how we went out of his way to accommodate everyone and take all the details and work off my plate. He is also wonderful with the children. I can say the same for the other 3 instructors - Erin and Joey (both of whom I remember also helped us last year!) and also Sam. Recently had my daughters gymnastics party here and it was wonderful! The kids had the best time ages ranging from 3 -10. The instructors were great with the kids, there was never a dull moment. They were split into groups and did various activities from rock wall climbing, balloon typhoon which they all loved to belt track! Very organized and helpful in everyday! I echo everything Kelly H. posted - my 2 year old loves the Mommy and Me style classes. Ms. Diane is lovely - learns the kids' names early and is very considerate of the children's abilities and apprehensions. The owner is also very accommodating. My then 3 year old first loved gymnastics class and slowly became more and more apprehensive about attending. We ultimately dropped him out of the class but the owner worked with us so we didn't lose all our money. Tried again when my son turned 4, and again his comfort level started strong then faded fast. Once again, the owner helped us out by placing my younger son in a Mommy and Me class when my older dropped out. When my older son missed a few classes, I got a phone call from Ms. Diane, checking in to make sure he was ok. Very thoughtful! I highly recommend this place as an easy, fun activity for little kids. I've attending both summer and winter classes and it's a great facility whatever the season. read more

My children went to a birthday party here. The young adults came from the gym to set the table with pizza. I did not witness them wash their hands, nor did they wear food handling gloves. At times the pizza was hard to pull apart & they used their fingers to pull the slices apart. After each plate had a slice of pizza on it, they noticed the garbage was full. So they took the full bag out and put it right by the food. One of the workers put a new bag in the trash can. I did not witness them go to the bathroom to wash their hands, nor use the sink in that room. They then called the children into the large room to tell the children the pizza was ready. They served pizza & cake with dirty hands & no gloves. I wanted to say something; however, I did not want to cause uncomfortable feelings with my sister & brother in-laws. I was disgusted! I still want to call and tell them. I did not see any adult there but the teens working there. read more

We had a party for my 5 year old in mid November. The party was fantastic! The kids had a great time. The party was run by Michaella and she was assisted by Nikki and Oisin. At other bounce house parties we have been to the kids running the show could really care less, but not at Park City Gymnastics. They are caring, organized and very attentive to all the kids (we had 17). There were many different activities to keep the kids involved and they made my son, the birthday boy feel special. As a parent could you ask for anything more? Their prices are reasonable and assisted with the food recommendations for the adults. I was worried that the activities might be too structured for 3 year olds, but the instructors allowed "open play" time when everyone wanted to do their thing...and they went with the flow.
