As their time finished, we went to another room (which was glow in the dark) that had bouncy houses as well as a little arcade area and a air hockey table. Then we headed to another room where the kids were able to enjoy some drinks and pizza as well as the adults. After we were done, we started singing happy birthday to the birthday girl. I took my kids there for a public play session. It was only two hours max, even if the front desk took forever to collect payment and you miss out on time, leaving us with only 1.5 hrs. It was super expensive too. The place lacks character and doesn't really have much to offer than inflatables. Everything else you need to pay for, like the air hockey table - in cash too, so another trip to the front desk. I'll only be back here if there truly isn't anything else to do in the middle of winter. read more

Our first time at this Pump it up and hopefully the last! We were invited to a friend's kid's party here. Having been to other PIU locations and many other similar jumping gyms, we're familiar with the drill, but the level of service here was so low, I thought I need to write a review for people looking for a party space for their kids. We all arrived and they only let us go into the play area 10 minutes past the start time of the party. No explanation, no apology, no extra time given. The staff just sat around the play area and chatted among themselves and did nothing. During the party time where food and cake were served, the staff did not help with the flow of the party, did not serve food, and only brought out the sliced pieces of the cake the last 15 minutes of the party. Also, they rushed us to leave although they started at least 10 minutes late. How's that fair? Also, beware - in the play spaces there are numerous machines or games where you have to pay extra to play. They're in the middle of the jumping areas, so kids (and everyone else!) would think they're included but they're not, so be prepared for that. read more

Came here for the first time for my daughter's friend bday party. Nice and big, clean. Friendly staff. You make into 2 rooms before you are in the party room. Didn't take too many pictures because I don't like to post people's kids. They have a tower the kids put their shoes and they take it for you to the next room which is dark and they are given neon necklaces. So very cool. The AC was perfect not too cold. The party room is a decent size. The pizza was pretty good. If it wasn't so far from us we might've booked a party there. You must fill out waiver as usual with most bounce house. read more

I attended a 5th birthday party here and it was AWESOME! Two hours of pure fun for kids of all ages. My son is only 16 months and he had as much fun as the 10 year olds did. There are multiple parties going on at once but it honestly didn't affect our party at all. The kids working there are actually super organized and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how great everyone was. I can't wait until my son is old enough to have a party here. I highly recommend! read more

One of the things that no one tells you about parenthood is the complexity and difficulty of planning your children's birthday parties. We had our first two birthdays with a select few during the pandemic. However, my son was turning 4 and we wanted to have an actual party. When driving on community drive, there's a tiny little sign saying pump it up! We trekked up the curvy and windy road passing by all these medical offices. "Are we in the right place?" I ask. We drive and drive thinking I must have missed the place. Alas! At the end of the never ending trek, there it was. The parking lot is a bit small, and if you don't get a spot in the lot you have to go around the circle all over again and find a spot in the previous lot. The party was a success. The kids were happy, the adults were tired, and my son said he had a wonderful time. Pros: they do everything for you. You can just come in and not worry about setting up. There's a parking lot (it's small though). You can customize your party in a variety of ways. It's fun! The areas are big and there's plenty to do. Even the adults had fun on the inflatables. Cons: Hard to get to. The staff there are young and not very attentive. No one there greeted us and told us exactly where to go. Our room was delayed by at least 15 minutes and no one really introduced themselves until right before we went into the first room. Hard to get people on the phone. it was a very nice facility and my kids had a lot of fun. the staff was friendly! however, i was not pleased with the way we were rushed through each portion of the party. each bounce house room was supposed to be 30 minutes but we were ushered through 6 minutes early in each room. that's a total of 12 minutes in a one hour party which makes a very big difference. when questioned, the attendant said they need to make sure we stay on schedule. for the amount of money that we paid for this party, i highly suggest Pump It Up builds buffer time between parties to allow families to enjoy the full allotted time and not feel so extremely rushed. i was very unhappy with that part of the experience read more

I'm a frequent visitor of kiddie birthday parties including Pump It Up, Bounce U, Laser Bounce, etc.... This particular kiddie birthday factory is one of the best one in terms of having good new activities, having edible food and better organization from one activity to the next. Over the years I've seen improvements and differences in the varieties of blowup activities available. They currently have a new ninja warrior style obstacle course that's pretty cool. As far as the food, yeah I know, to be honest, there isn't one that is 5 stars but relatively speaking, this is pretty good. There were two kinds of chicken wings at a recent party, even a spicy one for those of us that need a kick. The ice cream cake wasn't just vanilla and chocolate, it was a vanilla chocolate swirl. As far as the orgbaiI've been to some parties where just having another pitcher of soda available was like a big deal. I'm not sure why this one is better organized it seems that way. The venue is located far from street level up what seems to be the side of a large steep incline. Given that most likely you'd be in a car this isn't a big deal, just a bit confusing the first time visiting. The parking lot is a little disorganized with some of the most narrow spots causing some drivers to take two spots instead of one. read more

I recently did my daughters 5th Birthday party here. Overall we had a good turn out, 12 kids total, the kids parents, a few family and friends. The kids had a great time, however, from my perspective, being the person who planned & hosted the party I would most likely not do a party here again. I 100% wish I read reviews first before booking. The party is 2 hours in total, and it felt so rushed that it completley flew by. When I booked the party I was told we had a designated host to be there for the party for anything we need. I am mainly disappointed with the lack of communication during the party and the fact that I barely saw our "designated host". In the first bounce room the kids ran in all excited and there was a depressing breakup song playing, one of my guests actually pointed it out to me. I asked the host if they could put happy upbeat music on for the kids and she said they have no control over the playlist. The kids bounced in that room for 30 minutes then went into the 2nd bounce room for another 30 minutes. Kids were coming up to me thirsty and wanting water, and trying to find the bathroom and I had to track down the host for that. Afterwards, we went into the "party room." Everyone ate their pizza which took approx 5-10 min but then for that period of time while food wasn't being aten or served everyone's just sitting there. There should be more options of things to do for the kids for that hour. Even something small like pin the tail on the donkey. I improvised and had a dance party, we did a conga line, and played hide and seek but it was hectic as I was basically on my own trying to entertain them all. I had to track down our host just to ask her for a mop or broom stick to play limbo and she looked at me like I had 10 heads and said we don't do that here. One of the kids had a spill and my mom and I were cleaning it up with napkins. There was no heads up when the cake was coming out. Suddenly the lights turned off and everyone was running to the front to record and sing happy birthday. Anytime someone needed something the host was nowhere to be found. At the end of the party she came in the room and came up to me and said that we were past our party time and that we had to basically leave immediately. I awkwardly had to interupt the kids playing and people's conversations and announce that the party was over and we had to leave now. When it was time to pay at the front desk, the employee checking me out asked me how it was and I said "it was okay." She asked what could have been better and my mom and I told her our entire experience and she said "I'm sorry to hear that." Another employee standing behind her said "well its impossible for us to be in the room the entire time." I said I understand that but we barely saw our host the entire party. There was a group of 4 teen employees sitting behind the desk staring at me and they were clearly annoyed I said something which was pretty uncomfortable. I don't like to complain but when I'm paying over $800 for a 2 hour birthday party I just expected more. All of the employees are teenagers and they seem to lack enthusiasm for the job, which is something they should work on if they truly expect people to pay the large tips that they request upon checkout. 15% was $120. What exactly am I tipping for? This place has potential but as I said our experience wasn't the greatest. read more

I wrote this review while I was here on Easter Sunday with my kids and it is based on my experience on the Easter Egg Hunt event. I will also be attending a birthday party at this location next week so hopefully my experience will be different/ better. Not to mention, trying to find this place was a nightmare, where are the signs? The event was from 9-11 am and $20 per child (I was able to reserve 2 spots the night before). We started at arena A with the inflatables, which lasted 35 minutes, then we went onto arena B where there were more inflatables, toddler ride on toys and the so called "egg hunt", which also lasted 35 min. Each child were given a bag and asked to only find 4 eggs (website stated 6) but a lot of the older kids had like 10 or more in their bags, not knowing they have to give them back anyway. The eggs were empty and your bag was used for trading in for a "prize" (goody bag) so it didn't matter how many eggs you found. While sitting at arena B, I noticed all the staff here are high school kids who didn't seem to care about their job nor the children because they made no effort to interact/ play with them nor did they do a good job of supervising, all I saw them doing was talking to each other, which is not what their there for. Keep in mind that children of all ages are in the same play area, whether their infants, toddlers or teenagers (there were actually a few). I also noticed their inflatables and toys looked filthy and old as if they were never cleaned nor replaced since day 1. Moving on to the last arena, the party room, for a bagel breakfast, Easter egg craft and a picture with the Easter bunny, which lasted 30 minutes so the whole event was less than 2 hours long. My kids said they had fun but I honestly think it could've been better. I've been to a good amount of PIP locations before and they were fairly fun but certainly not this one. read more

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE. If there was an option to give zero stores, I would. Hosted my son's 4th birthday here in October and had the worst experience. The party before us went over their timeslot, so our guests (50+ people) were forced to wait a 30+ minutes. The staff promised that they would add extra time at the end of the party, but they lied (will come back to this later). I paid for Spiderman to visit, but he never showed... supposedly the costume ripped. I asked if there are any other superheroes that can visit and the staff said, no one can fit into the other costumes... When we finally went to the party room, the staff was giving the pizza that I ordered for the adults to the children. I complained, and the team (high school students (?)) were very rude about it. I had also requested for NO GUM to be added to the piñata, but of course, they didn't listen. Also, the floor WAS STICKY AND GROSS. We asked the staff to lay down a tablecloth and, again, ATTITUDE. They expected children to sprawl out on that NASTY floor and collect candy. At the end of the party, they failed to bring the balloons I ordered for each child, so only 5 out of 26 children received balloons. They ended our party at our original time, but we took our time leaving. We were met with another angry party staring at us... I just found this review in my drafts and I'm glad because I have more to add. I truly hate it there and never wanted to go back, but we just went to another party there last Saturday. Low and behold, they confirmed the hate for this staff. They're rude and know nothing about running a business. The sad part is (and I told them this) is that each party is free advertising for them. They could do much more business with the right people working there. Perhaps a personality test should be required. Stop going for cheap labor and hire the right people, or you're never going to last. read more

Getting to the place is not so easy, and need to be clear for first time folks. They should get some signs or banner from the main road. Plentiful parking spots. Lovely place for children's birthday party. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Kids were entertained and watched through. I was quite disappointed that ALL the playrooms, lobby area, and party room NOOO HAND SANITIZERS or wipes. Especially in the party room before the kids eat and being flu season, before kids eat and drink. (Hopefully they do install hand sanitizer around and make note/poster where they are located). Prevention is best measurement we can do especially when many kids play at one time and several other groups that come throughout the day. After the event I did make a remark to the manager about NO hand sanitizers, Hopefully they will make the change. That's my main complaint but otherwise good. read more

3.5 stars for this place. I came for our friend's one year old birthday party and my daughter had a great time. The place difficult to get to because of tons of turns. It is surrounded by medical buildings. They make you sign a waiver the moment you get in there. The staff was nice but all young teenagers. The place is spacious with tons of parking which is amazing. My daughter had a blast on the slides and all the bouncy houses. They had tons of bubbles which my child loved to play with. The floor of the party room was absolutely so sticky and the women's bathroom really needed attention. They need to clean the facilities better especially since kids touch the floor all the time. There were no attendants in the arenas , when we needed someone for assistance or had questions we could not find anyone . I tipped very generously considering we had no one to help us in the play area. Food was missing from our order (I ordered wraps enough for 30 people , there were only 24 wraps bc I counted ). No coffee like I ordered , the garlic knots were served late bc the truck forgot to drop it off. The banner & candle I ordered did not come (they forgot ). We had a birthday party there last week. The pizza was pathetic. None of my guests enjoyed the food. They had to work hard to chew on it. We came home and had to eat dinner again. And we had to throw out 1.5 pie. We all got mosquito bites in the bouncy rooms. It looks like the rooms are not cleaned regularly. The bubbles were so pathetic and annoying. Always a great time here! Today was the second time I came here for a Birthday Party! They just need to put a few more signs up past the first one because you can really get lost just trying to find the place. It doesn't come up on the Garmin so you have to kind of go in a circle around a medical building. You will need to fill out a liability form on one of their scanners as soon as you walk in for entry. Today I was excited to see they had a new inflatable in their first room. It looked like soft mounds you can jump on, sort of like leap frog. The kids get a certain amount of time in each play room. My daughter who is 9 years old had a great time. They have your usual bounce stuff and a rock wall as well. They have little coin machines for some interesting toy things in the hallway. These are handy for a tantruming toddler. You can't go wrong booking a Birthday party here. The kids will have a blast, that's for sure! read more

First of all, we had difficult time to even get to this place. We followed the directions from GPS, but then we ended up in a one-way road which we were forced to turn right while the GPS showed our destination was 1 left turn away. I had to re-route and entered a road that seemed leading toward all those hospital facilities / doctor offices. There was only 1 sign by the main road for "PUMP IT UP", once we made the turn following that arrow, we felt we were lost again. They definitely needed to put more signs along the way for newbies like me. We went for a 7-year-old birthday party and the staff were inattentive. It was a group of about 30 kids (all between 4 and 8) and the staff just opened the door to let all the kids get in and let them do all the bounce houses themselves. The staffs were not even there to give instructions / rules or watch the kids, they just left as soon as all the kids ran in. There were lots of different big bouncy houses for the kids to burn their energies, however, they did not limit the bouncy based on height/weights etc. My little boy got in one of those big obstacle bouncy and I was unable to find him by just walking about from outside. Kids ran around the play areas and no staff was there to make sure they were safe. As a parent of little kid, I was pretty stressed to watch my kid ran around and climb in those big bouncy with bigger kids. The kids spent about 1 hours in the bouncy areas to play different kinds of bouncy plays and about 30 minutes to sing birthday songs and treats. No staff was at the party room to offer hand sanitizer or to bring the kids to wash their hands before entering the party room. It was more like self-services when all the kids were at the party room. The staffs only helped to distribute the pizza and then they were pretty much gone for the rest of the party. read more

Attended a birthday here for my neice over the weekend. A few of her gifts went "missing" and apparently walked themselves out of the bin they were placed in. After several unanswered phonecalls to management and a 1 star public review, we were contacted that the presents were found. It took 4 days. Management was terribly unprofessional and the staff couldn't care less about the presents disappearing. When we retrieved the presents they had all been opened. We will never return. I went to Pump It Up for my nephew's birthday party. The staff just seemed inattentive. There were about 5-6 workers behind the counter doing basically nothing. Went into the first portion for the party where the bouncy play areas were and it looked like a fun place for kids to play, but there were 2 racing video games that the kids kept jumping into to play, but one was out of order, and the other charged $2 per play. For the price, I was told was paid for the event, that should've been part of the party. Free play for kids. Then, Iron Man showed up. Really, it was just a worker dressed as iron man who did nothing but dress up and pose for pics. Didn't interact with the kids at all. Just stood there motionless and didn't even pull the foot part over his own sneakers so they wouldn't be seen, and the back wasn't even fastened so his work shirt was visible to all. The second part was black light room which had Air Hockey, more bouncy play areas, and a little machine that blasts air for a couple of minutes. Both the air hockey and air blast thing also costs $2 per use. Then, we were brought into the eating area when we were supposed to have another 15 minutes in the black light room. In the eating area, they brought out boxes of pizza. The pizza wasn't really good. Cheese was all over the place and greasier than other pizza. There were bottles of juice and water. When I looked into the employee room, there were several boxes of pizza and bottles of soda, which I was told, the soda would've cost extra, and the extra pizza boxes never made it to the eating area, nor were available to take home. I went to the front area and the soda machine, along with other machines, were out of service. Then the cake and coffee came out. No cream or milk for the coffee. I asked and they said they didn't have, and there was just one pot of coffee to be shared amongst all adults. I stepped out for a minute, and when I returned, there were 3 little expired half & half cups like you get at a diner. Considering this place is sort of hard to find, behind Northwell Health facilities, there was nowhere nearby to even step out and grab milk from to bring back. The kids had a good time, but for parents or anyone trying to put the party together, it's not worth the money spent on it. You don't have access to all the things they offer with the extremely high cost of the party. read more

I understand they are all teenagers but where are the adults in this place? Half of the staff is high - not even joking. We spent a pretty penny here and we didn't even have a host. We had no idea where to go next, I had to serve my guests pizza and drinks because the 2 workers who were supposed to be helping our party locked themselves in a closet. Absolutely embarrassing! We were there for a 6 years old girl birthday party. Each party takes a two hours slot. First you stop by 3 kiosks to sign consent electronically. Front desk then directed us where the party started. Kids were taken to two big rooms (one after the other) with 6-7 bouncy structures each before the last party room for Pizza and cake. Shoes were placed on a mobile rack which the staff will move between rooms. Socks are must. Pro: - valet park if you want but you can also self park for free on the other side of parking lot. - different bouncy structures for different levels and fun. - sufficient supervision from staff -Free balloon on a stick for all kids, may be Included in birthday package. I saw kids holding them in parking lot. My son got one too before leaving. -Besides Pizza for kids, adults food are provided by the place. Pretty sure it's extra charged but quite tasty. Pasta and fried chicken fillets. - Parents of birthday girl are happy at the end. Mom stated she doesn't have to bring nothing and no cleaning up either. -Place and bathrooms are clean. -One week after the party, I Got an email for customer appreciation day : free 1 hour bounce on designed four time slots over one Saturday and Sunday. -Little extra: strong wind Simulation machine, air hockey table ( out of order). - Vending machines available. Cons: -Located in the medical complex. Little harder to find. -Parking lot was quite crowded but people are always leaving after parties. - Goodie bags included in the birthday package are candies, a pair of plastic sunglasses and a rubber punch ball in a character cup. Conclusion: Fun place to get kids' energy out. They have open bounce which costs about $15 per 1.5 hour jump, mostly on weekdays. Time changes so check the website. Came here for my nieces 4th birthday party. As a huge group of adults and kids and when I mean huge my niece invited 48 of her little friends. This place is located in a very strange industrial area behind a lot of medical buildings, twist and turns of the road and no signs just to drive in you would be confused. Thank god for the navigation system. As you finally pull up to this place they have free valet parking. Didn't have to wait log for the ticket by the time I had me niece out the car they handed the ticket over and off we were for a few hrs of fun. As you enter down the hallway there's a big desk to check in. The birthday girl and party get a colored bracelet, each party gets a different color. Our party had the deluxe package (basically they do everything for you. The pizza, cake, party favors) The birthday girl gets to spin a wheel for a prize. They have a small open room where your party can wait until there ready for you with a large connect four and a small tv for the kids to learn how to play in the bounce houses. Now on to the bounce houses. There is a large room at the end of two hallways where you are brought first. This room had two large bounce houses and a medium size one and off to the side had a few machines where it spit out balls which the little kids didn't care for as much unless there in training to become an all star baseball player. The kids enjoyed the bounce houses and hey even some of the adults got in there and we're having a blast. I did go into two of them and not for play, I was the professional photographer for the day. I went in just to get some good action shots of the kids with my camera. One of the girls that work there does take pictures of the kids when entering and playing and at the end they have the loaded on a mounted TV in the last room they take you to for your pizza and ice cream cake. I'll get to the food in a moment. After about 30mins your moved into another room with more bounce houses some other money gimmick games. The one the kids loved the most was the cyclone blast $2 for like 15sec of cold air being blasted on them. Hey whatever the kids loved it. My niece loves the damn thing so much a lot of dollar bills kept being put in. They get to play in this area for like another 30mins or so I wasn't really timing it until we were brought into the finally room where they have a few lunchroom style tables and a huge blow up chair for the birthday girl like she's a queen or something (this was odd to me, it's gives a kids the impression they are the queen or king of the world. I didn't like this concept) Anyways, on to the food. The pizza I personally thought was gross everyone around me that I asked thought it was good. God they have been on Long Island to long. The ice cream cake gross, these guys need to work with better caters. Anyways everyone else like it especially the kids so that's all that matters. I just have picky taste buds for good food and dessert. All in all the kids had a great time and worn out and in need of a nap afterwards so it works. Really for ages 2 and over to enjoy, but they do have a lil section for crawlers. 3 Rooms total to go through; I thought it was just one room (which i was disappointed on the lack of blow ups until they said next room) It got better & better. Staff- Michael, Veronica, Christina, Joseph and of course Mr. Easter Bunny for Sunday pre-Easter activity from 9 am - 11 am. Important to know when you go, Socks are needed to be worn by the children in the play areas. 35 minutes x3. 1 jump room, 2 jump room and then a bagel lunch with the Easter Bunny. 9 am-too early for us- we missed about 30 minutes in the first room. I got a coffee in the front at $2.00 a cup and chatted with Michael and Veronica, one more charming than the next. What a good crew of young people on this shift. We then had a bit of time in the first room and then in the second. There were a variety of colorful slides and jumpers and even a nice little place to put shoes on. There were some pay as you go activities as the Air hockey and Wind Blower each for $2.00 a shot. Seems there were plastic Easter Eggs hidden around that the children collected earlier before we had gotten there. Then it was off to one of the colored rooms for the lunch where each child got a bagel, cream cheese or butter, something to drink and a little colorful bag of toys. Mr. Easter Bunny sat in a big chair and all who wished, got pictures there. All this for a reservation beforehand, 20 dollars plus tax. Over all the kids seemed to enjoy it and the parents had a nice little event with the Easter Bunny for pictures. Must there be a down side, ok, here's the thing, the place is nice and it is clean and well run. But; hard to find, even with signs. They need a bit more clarity and I was not the only one with directions from the web site to feel this way. I went to the 225 South and asked a young woman going out of her car and then she was able to point to the down ramp to 225 West and I saw the sign to go and park. The closest spots have parking signs that say one can not park there or they will be towed. Seems there is a Fencing company in that same area. So, be aware that you will need to park further and children in hand bring them down to the door entrance. Cost, I guess it is the going rate though a coupon or special might have been nice. It's a great place to spend an afternoon with kids. There is also food there (pizza and juice) so that your little one will have something to eat after jumping around the place. My only complaint about this place is their poor parking situation. It is ridiculous. So, if you have an appointed time to be there, try to get to this spot early because you will be waiting forever to get your car taken by the valet. read more

I have visited PIU of Great Neck several times for different occasions. I LOVE this place! The staff is very friendly, professional and they go above and beyond to cater to you. My 1st visit was for the Open Jump during the holiday. It featured a meet and greet with Santa, Frosty, a breakfast and free photo with Santa. I believe we paid $20 and I jumped on the inflatables for free. A great work out with the kids. I also attended the Pajama Jump. The kids wear their sleep clothes during the weekend and jump for about an hour. Each visit was organized, supervised and safe. Today I brought my daughter in for Camp Pump it Up where she stays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Featured jumping and art, lunch. That's more cost effective than any day care or cheap summer program. I love the staff and they're very accomodating. They order the lunch and will cater to whatever your child eats for $6. Snacks and beverage included. read more

I went to my nephews birthday party today and within 5 minutes my 4 year old son had collided with another child while coming off the slide. He hit his cheek bone and it was getting very swollen. When I approached the staff and asked for an ice pack I was told that they didn't have any. I went to the front desk where the girl was able to track one down for me but was never approached again to see if he was ok. His face was very visibly swollen. I ended up leaving and taking my son to the ER. This place was inattentive and not having ice packs at a place like that is irresponsible. read more

My family and I held my baby cousins birthday here and it was GREAT. Everyone had a blast, the staff was super sweet, and the manager at the time was very accommodating and professional. We always come in for the pop and plays held during the week and decided to have his party here. Food was excellent. But the best part was my family didn't have to do one thing. They took care of the food, goodie bags, and everything! For a kids party it was GREAT and will definitely be back for another party. read more

I try not to write negative reviews because I know times are rough now but this one had to be done. Let me start by saying I've had 3 birthday parties here in recent years. I have two sets of boy/girl twins and always need a private space due to how many kids attend the parties. In the past like all other party places they have always accommodated for 2 of everything. I can't be certain but think it's new owners, at the very least new management. In March I had my 7 year old boy/girl twins birthday party here. I explained I was having around 50 kids and would need a second piñata (one was included in my package). The girl told me she didn't think it would be a problem since there was 2 kids who are different sexes and 50 kids attending the party but just had to clear it with the owner. Next day she calls and says owner said no it'll be an additional 40 dollars. I ask to speak with the owner. Danielle gets on the phone (with an attitude) and says no, it can't be done, she can't throw in a second piñata and basically doesn't know what to tell me. If I want a second one has to be paid for. Now I get times are harder but for a party that cost over 2200 dollars and was for 2 children at the very least she could of offered to go half with me on the second one. Of course it was 3 days before the party and she knew I had 0 choice but to have the party there. It's not about the 40 dollars but is the principal. It's bad business any way you look at it. This place has a very nice staff to the extent that you would expect them to be. They are there to greet you, take your order and show you what to do and what not to do. The reason for 1 star is not to rate the staff but the severe need of an upgrade to the entire facility. Seriously, everything looks like it was from 1998. It's awful. Certain play areas weren't working or just near its end life. What do you expect though? Would not visit again. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! This place is beyond unprofessional. For starters the staff is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. LITTLE KIDS ARE RUNNING IT. instead of supervising the children at my nieces party they were flirting and playing around with each other. The party was suppose to begin at 510 they were behind schedule and didn't begin the party till 545! Which is ridiculous. How do you schedule a party PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR AND TELL THEM THEY HAVE TO WAIT !! They offered bubbles and a glow in the dark room which I'm not sure how that makes up for how late the party began. Then the second room was a disaster from the party before ! Cups everywhere it was a mess. Then we get rushed out into the party room we began to eat and about 5-10 mins they bring in the cake without even giving us a heads up. So while people are still eating they're serving cake. While everyone's eating the "STAFF" was cleaning up and it felt completely rushed. While we were still eating cake and hanging out they're setting up for the next party. This establishment is TERRIBLE. unprofessional isn't the word. Whoever hires these people clearly does not care about their place of business because the customer service is awful. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN read more
