They informed me that I needed new rear air shock and quoted me a replacement cost of $1,141.06 (shocks and labor). I asked if I could supply the shocks so I could save some money but they said "no" - that they don't allow customers to supply their own parts (remember - repair shops mark up the prices on part big time). So, rather than paying $917.58 from Integrity for the shocks, I went on EBAY and bought after market replacement shocks for $120.00. I went to Atkins and Bob Motors and told them what I was doing. They were happy to install the new shocks for me and quoted me about $150.00 for the install. I made an appointment for the next day at 10 am. Within a few minutes they had compared my after market shock to the OEM shocks on the vehicle and said that they would work. Within an hour my car was ready and the new rear air shocks were working beautifully - and - They charged me below the quoted price. I was very happy with the service and tipped the mechanic who worked on my car. During my wait while the car was being worked on, I enjoyed my conversation with the two service writers in the store. Real nice guys! I should mention. I am a retired ASE Master Technician and I know a good and fair repair job when I see one. These guys were good and fair and I recommend them highly!

Gilbert even gave us some excellent tourist recommendations to take our mind off our problem And most surprising m, Gilbert called the next day to see if we got home safely. Which we did. This is the absolute worst place their shop in Rincon GA are the absolute worst people. They said…read morethey rebuild my transmission and all they did was go to some junkyard or take one from their back didn't even clean. It up left the old transmission fluid in it. AND WORST OF ALL, IT'S NOT THE RIGHT TRANSMISSION FOR MY CAR All the dirt and grime said they rebuilt, mine charged me almost 5 grand and not even three months later I went to get my tire rods fixed and low and behold my transmissions leaking hadn't been driving right since I got it back argued wanted my money back got suckered into signing a form so I take it to the man that originally rebuild it 13 years ago, obviously he did it right because it ran 13 years unlike these assholes. They lied to my face. I really think they hate women of color and women in general, but to find out they didn't even use or rebuild. My transmission was the most disgusting part of this. They think they're slick and they got away with it, but I'm gonna haunt you till the day you close your doors you're FRAUDULENT and YOU ARE LIARS

The last time I went there was because my AC was only blowing cold on the passenger side. My husband and I were told in order to fix the issue we would have to pay over $800 because the mechanic would have to open up the dash in order to fix the part. (Blend door) After peacock Hyundai said that they recharged the system, added free-on and did other diagnostic tests we had to pay $200 even though the problem was not fixed, that's when we were quoted $800 for the rest. We decided to go to Two Nuts and a Bolt to see if we could get another opinion on the matter. TWO NUTS AND A BOLT FIXED THE PROBLEM IN MINUTES! Not only was it JUST the free-on and recharge that needed to be done, they didn't even charge me because they felt bad that the dealership was trying to get me to pay for a diagnostic test when the problem wasn't even diagnosed!
