I checked online and several local places and the price he charges for parts and labor was as low as any other shop and lower than most. They had to paint match a 6 foot rocker panel to a 10 year old aftermarket BMW paint job and they nailed it. Best of all, I picked the car up less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I will use Quality Auto for all future body work I get done on any of my vehicles and encourage everyone in the area to do the same.

I pointed out the wires hanging and they were just tucked back in by hand. Just to fall out when I drove off. So based on that I went supermarket shopping only to learn that the trunk won't close that was rear ended. So the car then needed to be towed back here. Communication was not the best and I would call to get information constantly. Since parts had to be ordered and the car was a year old the process took seven weeks. All the while no communication and they have my vehicle sitting outside in the back of the building. When it was ready they called and I left my rental there to get picked up. Only to later find out the trunk still did not close. So I have to bring it back and they said it will be awhile. Well since I no longer had a rental I had to wait. Thankfully it was only a couple hours not a half a day. The accident was bad but this place doing the repair just added to my pain and aggravation. The only positive is they worked with the insurance company to get paid.

However this time, when he backed up, his bumper was completely pulled off. The local dodge dealership recommended Ray's so we headed right over to them. They were so helpful and when they learned our son was changing duty stations the following week, they fixed the bumper that day. They also took the time to do a few other small improvements while they had it, these were unexpected but very nice, biggest and unexpected improvement is they set the timing and tuned the carb better than it has ever been. I am thankful for a friend that offered Land Speed as her recommended go to for her Jeep repairs also. I had previously had a quote from a local dealership for $4200 for repairs, that I questioned. Then the team responsive team at Land Speed came through with their knowledge and professionalism and found the actual problem with the cost of repairs of $520. Thank you again, Rob and staff!!!
