Roof and deck lid as the hood had no issues for some reason. I visited many shops IN PERSON and settled on Atwoods. Mainly because the gut actually took what we wanted seriously and understood out position and took the time to explain that he would go down below the original primer to bare metal and come back with the original factory primer, base coat and clear coat, just like it was originally. No other shop was interested in going to that level. Now, they were also the most expensive by at least $300.00 over the next one but he surely knew what he was doing. Most of the larger shops didn't even want to talk about our needs stating that they only do very large crash work and or insurance work. Atwood did a fantastic job. Came in on time, actually a few days early. Looks like it did the day it was bought. Will certainly go back in the future should there be a need. Nice job guys !

The car was not detailed and smells awful. Paid for work was not performed. They are supposedly a top rated repair shop. The solution from RAINBOW was to do it herself or have someone do the work and bring you the receipt. How is this a workable solution when obviously the RISK of contaminating herself AND her children EVERYDAY WILL BE A DAILY RISK UNTIL THIS PROBLEM IS SOLVED? As the company's name is RAINBOW we wonder if it implies ALL colors of the RAINBOW will be serviced EQUALLY. Obviously, they do not. If we had known this service was not done, we would not have pd for it. Word to the wise, DO NOT PAY RAINBOW ANYTHING UNTIL YOU MAKE SURE ALL WORK IS DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

I checked online and several local places and the price he charges for parts and labor was as low as any other shop and lower than most. They had to paint match a 6 foot rocker panel to a 10 year old aftermarket BMW paint job and they nailed it. Best of all, I picked the car up less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I will use Quality Auto for all future body work I get done on any of my vehicles and encourage everyone in the area to do the same.

Since moving here, we've been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn't be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn't hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would've been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within' 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I'm soooo happy with the results and I'm so happy to have my car back.
