They were booked solid, so I did have to wait a few weeks to get on the schedule. I went to 4 places total for an estimate: Akins and Bobb- they did not even give a paper with an estimate and the office/lot looked a hot mess. Gerber collision (Sav) acted like it was an inconvenience just to ask for an estimate, which is unfortunate because their cheshire bridge location is excellent. They also gave the highest estimate. Maaco seemed ok, but dirty office. If I'm gonna pay a lot of money for a car repair, I'm not just gonna drop it off at some auto body shop that doesn't know how to be professional or show some type of interest. A & L is far superior to any of those shops, and I'm glad I did business with them.

The car was not detailed and smells awful. Paid for work was not performed. They are supposedly a top rated repair shop. The solution from RAINBOW was to do it herself or have someone do the work and bring you the receipt. How is this a workable solution when obviously the RISK of contaminating herself AND her children EVERYDAY WILL BE A DAILY RISK UNTIL THIS PROBLEM IS SOLVED? As the company's name is RAINBOW we wonder if it implies ALL colors of the RAINBOW will be serviced EQUALLY. Obviously, they do not. If we had known this service was not done, we would not have pd for it. Word to the wise, DO NOT PAY RAINBOW ANYTHING UNTIL YOU MAKE SURE ALL WORK IS DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

I checked online and several local places and the price he charges for parts and labor was as low as any other shop and lower than most. They had to paint match a 6 foot rocker panel to a 10 year old aftermarket BMW paint job and they nailed it. Best of all, I picked the car up less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I will use Quality Auto for all future body work I get done on any of my vehicles and encourage everyone in the area to do the same.

Since moving here, we've been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn't be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn't hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would've been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within' 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I'm soooo happy with the results and I'm so happy to have my car back.
