Roof and deck lid as the hood had no issues for some reason. I visited many shops IN PERSON and settled on Atwoods. Mainly because the gut actually took what we wanted seriously and understood out position and took the time to explain that he would go down below the original primer to bare metal and come back with the original factory primer, base coat and clear coat, just like it was originally. No other shop was interested in going to that level. Now, they were also the most expensive by at least $300.00 over the next one but he surely knew what he was doing. Most of the larger shops didn't even want to talk about our needs stating that they only do very large crash work and or insurance work. Atwood did a fantastic job. Came in on time, actually a few days early. Looks like it did the day it was bought. Will certainly go back in the future should there be a need. Nice job guys !

He came out, looked at my vehicle, and fixed the issue on the spot without asking for anything in return. What truly amazed me was that another shop had tried to charge me to fix the same issue while pretending something major was wrong. Ed's honesty, professionalism, and genuine respect stood in complete contrast to that experience. His integrity and good heart truly deserve recognition. Even though this was my first time ever visiting his business, Ed has absolutely earned a lifetime customer. From now on, my friends and family will always be coming to AL Bodyshop for any vehicle issues. Highly recommended.

Their prices were reasonable and Dale did a great job of keeping me informed of what was going on from the initial estimate till I picked the car up. I checked online and several local places and the price he charges for parts and labor was as low as any other shop and lower than most. They had to paint match a 6 foot rocker panel to a 10 year old aftermarket BMW paint job and they nailed it. Best of all, I picked the car up less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I will use Quality Auto for all future body work I get done on any of my vehicles and encourage everyone in the area to do the same.

Since moving here, we've been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn't be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn't hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would've been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within' 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I'm soooo happy with the results and I'm so happy to have my car back. Thank you to the Burnsed crew for taking pride in your work and treating the car as if it was your own.
