It feels elevated but still relaxed and genuinely welcoming. It's the kind of place where you can settle in easily whether you're catching up with friends or making a night of it. The drinks were a highlight. The London Fog martini, Under the Apple Tree, and Fanny's Pet Monkey are seasonal, but all seriously good and worth trying if they're on the menu. The espresso martini is amazing and easily one of the best I've had. Their happy hour is also incredible and definitely worth going for. Service really stood out too. The staff are kind and attentive without being over the top, and Carmen and Sarah in particular made the experience even better. Overall it's just a really solid spot with a great vibe. My cousin introduced me to the owner, Vance, and he is very genuine and down to earth cool. The fine young lady bartenders were super nice and helpful and were always a pleasure to interact with. I think when I go back to visit my cousin and his wife again, I'm definitely requesting that we go back to the Clock Tower pub!

The first time we ever went there we were mocked for not knowing how it worked. We were there for my son's 6th birthday, but luckily kids are oblivious to that. We tried again and had a much better experience checking in as it was with a different gentleman, but unfortunately, we had a negative experience leaving. Our child accidentally spilled some food and we apologized to a different guy as we were leaving and he rolled his eyes at us and said "Jesus." We felt awful. I work with the public and if I spoke to someone like that, I would be fired. Anyway- I want to love it, and the building was beautiful and felt clean, but we can't justify going back.
