After they removed the dumpster, we were shocked to get a bill for around $700! When we called, they said the home owner put a garden hose in the dumpster, so it was no longer wood debris, and they charge $500 more for garbage than they do wood. Rather than asking me to remove the garden hose, or spent five minutes themselves removing the garden hose they just decided to charge an extra $500. I called the owner and asked him why they did this, and he just offered to split the difference and only charge me $250. Okay, I'm still not happy but I appreciated the offer and promptly paid. Fast forward seven years, and I call to order another dumpster, and the owner tells me that for seven years he has been upset that he gave me a $250 credit, and that he will never again work with me again. Anyway, the guy seems to generally run a pretty disorganized and unprofessional business, if you have any other options I would suggest you use them.

It is located in a bit of a rough area, but the secure timed gate, locked bay doors and elevator codes make me confident it's a secure place to store items. the only thing I wish was different is that they are closed on holidays and have limited hours on weekends, which can cause some urgency or delays and definitely planning ahead when you need to get in your unit.

The half yard of the Blended Mint I just finished distributing was disappointing. A lot of big dirt clods that had to be broken down either by hand or by pounding with the back of a shovel. This load also included rocks, sticks, several scraps of blue tarp and other unidentifiable plastic bits. Many of the clods were just clumps of dry, brown, hard, dirt. A contrast to the rich black color of the Mint Compost. We really like Lane Forest Products and it's convenient location and nice employees. In comparison to prior seasons we are disappointed in the quality and consistency of this once great product.

Easy to drive through, pay (by truck load size not weight) and easy to back in areas to unload. Sometimes the young guys working will even help unload. Always try to have some cash on hand to tip them for their help. Also, great place to get your decomposed granite, fill dirt, sand and rock. Great selections, good prices and good customer care!! Highly recommend this place, they always make me feel welcome and are very helpful.
