I had 12 years problem free, then this woman, that is in the same Facebook groups as I am, starts hassling me over my bill, like I had never seen in 12 years. Only issue I had with Apex is that my can was not getting emptied fully. I learned to put the heaviest garbage on the bottom of my can, and they gave me an extra bag pick up, free. I did have to adjust for their equipment, but it has been smooth sailing with Apex for years. No street activists, singling people out for their opinions, working in Apex's billing department.
