I've been to this place twice so far. I called in to reserve our time for my mom and myself. It was pretty busy and at first weren't rushed as we picked colors. However once we got into the seats our experience wasn't that great. They rushed through the whole service, we did mani and pedi. It wasn't great and the job they did was OK. The second time we went in we again reserved our time. There was no one there and they tried everything in their power to upsell us on everything despite telling them No thank you. Also despite nobody being there they rushed us like crazy!! I barely got a chance to even take my shoes off let alone be able to relax and set the massage chair. Quality again was ok. Oh and they wouldn't accept the pricing they had listed on their website. No ok in my book. Friendly people but I wouldn't recommend anyone going and I'll be finding another location. I live in Bellevue and went with my sister. We went around closing time on Sunday the 3rd of November. They only had 5-6 people working on pedicures, manicures and acrylics all of which were busy when we walked in. My sister got assisted first and then later on I got assisted by one of the employees. He only glued the tip but didn't proceed to the powder and filing. After waiting 10-20 Minutes I got assisted by the same person that was helping my sister. I think she was the only one who was doing acrylics. She was amazing! I love the amount of time she spent on just shaping my nails and getting them to look the way I wanted them to be. She would Also ask me if the length and shape was ok. I decided to go long and didn't cut too short. I used to go to a nail salon in Bellevue and every time i would go I would have a bad experience. The people here are so nice and make you feel welcomed. For my nails I got shellac and it was $70. I've gotten my nails done without shellac and shorter than this length for the same price. I have been coming to bothell nails for a while now, they are fair priced and the work is decent. Nothing spectacular. My last trip sealed the deal for me that i need to find a new place. I went in first thing in the morning for sns dip, the guy that was removing my previous sns and prepping my nails for a fresh dip did a fine job. UNTIL he was looking for the square nail block buffer, couldnt find one at his work station and grabbed one out of the trash can behind him. I was so shocked i couldnt say anything. He finished buffing and threw it back in the trash. Then another lady came over to take over for him, she sits down and looks for the same buffer. After not finding one at the work station she does the same thing as the previous worker and PULLS IT OUT OF THE TRASH. Two employees, pulled the buffer out of the trash and buffed my nails. Totally unsanitary and i cannot go back. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but you get what you pay for. I made an appointment and was seated quickly, thankfully. The woman doing my acrylics was nice and made good conversation. I have a very very slight nail issue, where one half of my ring finger nail grows flat. It's not a big problem, I've done my own acrylics over it for years. She tried to redo it three times, then did a shoddy job getting the nail on there and tried to play it off. Of course, they all ended up cracking or falling off mere days later. Im a receptionist. That shouldn't happen, I don't do heavy lifting or anything that should break them. There were bubbles and rough edges in the nails, and they all had ridges from not being smoothed out properly. I think it was the owner that was doing my nails. She ruined them, and then mercilessly suggested I tell all my friends about them. I don't want to throw them under the bus because they were friendly and had great prices, but they didn't do a magnificent job. read more

Paid $40 for medi+pedi with plain nail polish. Great for the price honestly! Only downside of my experience is they had one person doing my nails while another was doing my toes at the same time. That was a little annoying as I couldn't relax and enjoy my foot massage because there was someone in front of me painting my nails. It was awkward because I had two people pulling me opposite directions and shifting my hands/legs simultaneously. Id rather just have these both done at separate times. But My nails came out amazingly! Exactly what I asked for and came out just like a picture I came in with. The salon itself doesn't look like much. I love this place. The staffs are friendly, dedicated, professional. Space is open, spacious, and very clean. They are very good with acrylic nails. I'm always a happier and more beautiful person every time after I visit their salon. They also give out stamp cards for you to get discount and free designs after certain visits. My search is now over, having found Bothell Nails. Lina does exactly what I ask, does a beautiful job, and (most importantly) does not burn me. Customer service is also top notch. I was taking a vacation and looking for a new salon. I had gone to this salon before to see if it was up-to-par. I decided to schedule with Tina to do my nail design for my trip an told that she was quite capable to do any designs. The day I went in to see Tina, I showed her a few designs and asked that she be creative with an idea of my preferences. She said pick one; asking again for a little creativity which other nail artists are more gifted at, she just hunched her shoulders. So, I picked a color and asked for the ombre effects, she said agreed; while she was doing my nails, I asked again about the ombre, and she assured me she was doing it. I knew this was going to be a bad experience and showed my frustration. While working on my hands and someone on my feet, they were Clearly talking about me in their language. The pedicurist was sloppy, and I had to tell her to remove the paint from my toes. Tina did a Solid coat of nail polish--No ombre effect! So, I had a nail design for my trip that a 14-year-old could have done and paid $91 for the mani/pedicure. These people were unprofessional and disrespectful, in addition to the service bordered on fraud! read more

This place is a scam. I asked for a Thai pedicure which has additional foot n leg mask, lavender lotion, mandarin massage oil with lemon n ginger. The guy who did it, did normal leg massage with scrub, n then put parrafin wax, and hot stones, he never put the mask or did the oil massage. When I asked, he said he mixed everything in sugar scrum and that massage included all that. How can a mask be mixed in sugar scrub, it's supposed to be applied for a few mins until dry. This is the first time, I've heard someone say they mix everything in one go and did all in one step. And the guy had long dirty nails, while massaging it was feeling as if he was frequently poking my skin with nails. I paid $45 for a pedicure that costed only $30. read more

After moving here from California I was naturally nervous to find a new nail lady since myself and my previous lady had a 6 year business relationship. I've gone to a few places around the area and yeah they're good, but maaaan something about this place sets it apart! First they always remember who you are, what color you got, your exact name, etc.. you truly feel the personal nail salon experience (they offer much more than just mani and pedis too!). It's rare you find a nail place where EVERYONE is extremely skilled/trained but when you come here you got it. It's insane how everyone does a suuuuuper good job. I never walk out with uneven nails, bubble on my nail polish, or half done cuticles. My nails are on poiiiiiint every time. The staff here is very professional and always have you as their main priority. They want you to enjoy your time and relax. Not to mention the complimentary goodies! They work very fast and efficiently. Very much worth the little 10 minute wait (if that even because it's usually less) during their busy times. I don't go anywhere else, but this place. They've definitely earned my long time business. (The extras are sooo worth it! My usual is a full gel mani and #4 pedicure. The #4 pedicure is to diiiiie for. It's only a $20 difference from the basic pedi and worth every penny.) read more

I have been here a couple times before and I just didn't realize what I was missing out on elsewhere. The girls are really nice but that is all it has going for it. The equipment is old, the decor is dated (WAY), there was bugs all over since the door stays out at all times and I don't think their sterilizing procedures are up to code (there was already cuticle skin on the clippers she took to my fingers). They have a credit card machine but she insisted on making me pay cash. I only had the exact total and she said she would have to charge me a fee to use my card for the tip. I felt like a jerk but really she was a total bully. They should post a sign about paying cash but that would be asking a lot, they don't even have a price list posted. Galleria Nails is far superior, even if you have to wait. I wish this place the best of luck but I won't go back again. read more

The absolute WORST pedicure experience I've ever had. I work on my feet ALL day so I look forward to getting pampered once in a while. And because I do work on my feet, yea my feet take a beating. There is no reason to make someone feel uncomfortable about it and then talk amongst each other in a language we don't understand and staring. Obviously that's why I am here!! I sat in the chair with my feet in water for 20 mins before anyone even started on me. My friend was pretty much done by the time they started my half ass pedicure. Terrible attempt at cleaning my cuticles and not even paying attention as they rubbed scorching hot stones on my shin bones. I literally told her to just stop and go ahead and paint my nails. And how dare you charge me full price when you know the experience sucked without me saying anything and having apologizing first. Never going back. And I do NOT recommend. Amazing service at a great price! The staff was patient and happy to answer all my questions about prices and designs before my manicure. After setting my acrylic the nail tech even painted three different designs on my nails for me to decide between (for no extra charge!) She had a light touch with the files and for the first time EVER I left a nail salon without bleeding! She asked my opinion on every step of the process and told me to let her know if I was unhappy with anything so she could fix it right away. She was polite but not overly chatty and the staff did NOT sit there talking to each other in another language the entire time so it was not awkward. Today I got the best fill I think I've ever gotten. The hand massage was short but my nails are awesome! Lina/Lena (not sure how it's spelled) actually listened to what I wanted and followed through! I have not been able to find a person who can shape my nails the way I want them (not too square, not too rounded, natural length) and this is the first time I haven't needed to file my nails afterwords to fix them. Not to mention their prices are less than everyone else in the area. I've read a lot of bad things about them from before Lina took over but I am so glad I gave them a chance. I've had LONGER services and this is my ME time and unfortunately the mani was done within 15 minutes and the pedi was done in 20 minutes. Worst of all they tagged teamed me! I hate it when two nail techs work on me at the same time because I can't focus of one nail tech is asking me to do one thing and the other is talking to me at the same time. When I was getting my shellac nails done, the nail tech put the UV light dryer on my lap with the pedi water underneath me. I was so uncomfortable! And yes, I do not want to be electrocuted please (the cord was dangling over the water). Please don't go here. Had a bad experience.
