Just by simply laying down for an hour while Heather performed reikki with her tuning forks gave me a moment of silence and reflection and redirection with my thoughts. The session helped me clear some of the cobwebs in my mind and be more confident that there is a path to any obstacles that may come my way. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated.
