It may not look like much aka, a white van with a side window. However, it is the closest, handiest and only one of it's kind in the Botanic Gardens.
The range of products may be somewhat limited to ice cream, lollies, drinks and the odd packet of crisps and the prices somewhat in pound rather than penny land. But, if you're hungry or thirsty enough or just wanting to pretend that the Glasgow sun is so scorching that you NEED an ice cream to avoid dehydration; then this is the place to queue up at. Though, try and avoid it when the kids, buggies and parents are swarming round it at high noon in the summer.
It also seems to be parked and open, rain, shine or hail. A true Glasgow trooper. Given, it's been here for as long as ever - if memory services me right, it must be doing something right.
