I want to underline two items which were VERY important to me: EVERYTHING, from me submitting inquiries through e-mail and their website, to their subsequent responses and same-day scheduling, was completed online! This is something of which other companies in the Okeechobee area should take note, because some of them have lost my business because they did not answer my online inquiries. Also, the exceptional cost and services for the pump-out service, makes me more likely to call Austin sooner than later (i.e. instead of waiting until I am sure that the tank needs to be pumped again).
