Keith (the owner) and his helper arrived an hour earlier than he had scheduled to arrive, and allowed me to slow them down with all my questions while they dug out the covers. I used Seaside Septic after they were recommended by a neighbor! I couldn't be happier. Keith came out and we looked at the septic together and he took his time and explained a lot of things about the tank and how they are supposed to work! I appreciated that! We had an issue with the filter housing an he said it didn't really need to be pumped out and I might have another year or two left. I elected to pump it since we had it open and he was here! These guys are the best kind of animals, they showed up in a driving rain and went to work as fast as they could move to pump out my septic. I told them it wasn't an emergency, just a routine pump and that I could wait. The owner said " we said we would do it for you today and I think we can get it done" Wow same day service on a call and in less than perfect weather, then to top it off not only was it done correctly but he was laughing and smiling even though he was soaked to the bone.
