We had a mishap during another project late yesterday when we went to hang something in the wall and accidentally ran a screw through the cold water feed to the vanity in the bathroom. We had to shut off the water main to the house. I called Brian and told him we'd had a mishap and could he come over ASAP, as we had to shut off the water to the house. He cancelled a job that he had scheduled and came right over. He had the problem repaired and the water back on in 20 minutes! I can't say enough about what great plumber and person he is. Said estimator never entered any information into the system so no follow up was done by company. Fast forward again to November 2025. Went to showroom try again. New salespeople scheduled estimator Mike to come out. He shows up, takes note, and once again, no follow up. I called and spoke to Victoria who basically told me they weren't interested in doing it my way since it wasn't to "code", which I presume is industry talk for you need the most expensive option. I agreed to get a quote to do it "their" way. Surprise, no quote! I'm not a believer in chasing after a contractor that clearly has no interest in my business.
