I called them. The gentleman on the phone was calming and professional. They pulled a crew from a job at someone else's house nearby to come and get the fire hydrant shooting off in my front yard shut off. They were there and had the water off less than 10 minutes after my phone call. They got a new backflow and installed it today. After some delay due to the excitement, I headed off to work and came home to a brand new backflow, perfectly installed, water restored to my home--all at a reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and reassuring, which is wonderful when you suddenly have water spraying all over the place when it shouldn't be. I cannot recommend D Martin highly enough!
