My dad had asked me to search for a local plumber. After seeing so many ads on SNN, WTSP (CBS Tampa), and other local networks, I said to my mom "Hey, let's try Mike Douglass Plumbing. They're only ten minutes down the road." And sure enough, we call them around 7 AM. A gentleman by the name of Steve showed up right when he said he would be there (Around 11 AM). We went around back and checked all the valves out back to ensure enough water pressure and we did. Finally, we get to the hot water tank in the garage. That's where Steve discovered it was some sort of switch issue. He was able to diagnose and isolate the problem very quickly. Their service wasn't too expensive, but they were definitely fairly priced. Overall, what a great experience we had. Will recommend to associates and friends. When I asked about the charges he said my job was a (TASK) job. One of the $135 "tasks" was to attach my disposal. (5 minutes) The truck was in the parking lot quite a while after the job was done, and he was paid. If you deal with these people get your estimate in writing.
