Apparently, wires got crossed at their office and we had to call to get Brian Jr. out here. Not a great first impression. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed both jobs very quickly! He was professional in he is demeanor and approach to the jobs, and left the work areas cleaner than he found them. He cancelled a job that he had scheduled and came right over. He had the problem repaired and the water back on in 20 minutes! I can't say enough about what great plumber and person he is. Based on his performance and super attitude for the past two days, he'll get all of my plumbing work, as well as referrals if anyone asks.
