Fast forward two years-called and spoke to Harriet, the presumed owner. She sent someone out to measure and generate quote. Said estimator never entered any information into the system so no follow up was done by company. Fast forward again to November 2025. Went to showroom try again. New salespeople scheduled estimator Mike to come out. He shows up, takes note, and once again, no follow up. I called and spoke to Victoria who basically told me they weren't interested in doing it my way since it wasn't to "code", which I presume is industry talk for you need the most expensive option. I agreed to get a quote to do it "their" way. Surprise, no quote! I'm not a believer in chasing after a contractor that clearly has no interest in my business.

I had to use Champion on a Sunday evening as an emergency service when my non potable water line…read morestarted to leak due to a rusted pipe that burst. Someone picked up immediately, I believe her name was Christine. I let her know it's an emergency as the line was flooding into my lawn. Within half an hour, Sam arrived, diagnosed the issue and cut the line off. The busted pipe was on the city's side, and he advised me that while they can go ahead and fix the issue, it would financially be more beneficial for me to call the city and have them repair it and pick up the cost. Sam cut the non-potable water service off which resolved the issue until the city was able to come out and repair it. Despite Champion giving me a notice ahead of time that there is an upcharge since its afterhours, they only charged me about 160$ to come out and do the work as it was quick. Sam was extremely knowledgeable too and works with integrity, and Christine did an amazing job keeping me informed on the status. I hope I have the opportunity to use Champion Plumbing on future work.
