He kept promising he was going to deliver the tanks and drain fields. Each time he would have some excuse. The last time, he told me he dropped off the tanks at our property but not the drain fields, since he found a new supplier closer to me. The next day I went to our property and no tanks. I got in touch with Mark, and I told him that I do not deal with liars. He couldn't understand why I called him a liar. I told him that all he has to do is read our texts, which I will gladly share with anyone that wants to do business with him. He also said that the systems I am putting in are typical sizes so he can purchase them anytime. I told him that I just want my money back. He said that he would return my money, but it was the lowest priority and doesn't know when he will send it. I told him that he could tell me where to meet him and I would drive and pick up the check. I still don't have my money and it looks like I will have to take him to court.
