Call for service,eyeglasses clogging toilet. I snaked it several times and was unable to free it. Before snaking the toilet, the tech stated that there was no guarantee that he could free it. But for $600.00, if I bought a toilet, they would install it. OR for $1100.00 they would provide the toilet and install it. He was unable to unclog the toilet and was charged $310.00. Overpriced, upselling their services made me feel taken advantage of. Never again. I bought a new toilet and put it in myself. Yeah, it took time but now this 72 y.o. Requested an emergency service call. The answering service said they would have the manager call me back right away. An hour passed no call. Called back and the answering service put me on hold. 10 minutes later a different answering person picked up the line and said oh you are back I will let them know. Then they hung up on me. No call back nothing. When they quoted me a price for coming they were 3 times as expensive as any other company. Based on this experience I would hesitate using the company in the future. read more

Had a plumber cancel. A neighbor gave me her personal plumber. They came out that same day. Austin came out and was sooo nice, pleasant, and in formative. He installed 2 faucets, since granite companies no longer can do it when new countertops installed so we had no choice. It was extremely expensive , double what the other no show company quoted however, but at least they had nice service trucks, and a technician that was extremely knowledgeable and proud of his work. read more

The shower/tub faucet, was flowing heavily and we had to call in a plumber on the weekend. The Bullseye technician came out promptly, quickly diagnosed the situation and replaced the valve after giving us a quote and having us sign an invoice online, via email. That invoice outlined a $169 service fee (reasonable) and 2 valve parts, priced at $434.70 each, totaling over $1,000. We were in a bind, and this had to come out of our emergencies-only budget, but we were desperate. After hearing from a friend that Bullseye overcharges for their parts, I researched the cost of shower/tub replacement valves, and found that they cost $55 each. So I called the HQ to ask why the parts cost us approx $870. I was told by Tyler at the HQ "We're a large service company and we are not a low-budget company." Turns out that the service fee was "just to knock on our door" and the "parts" on the invoice cover the part, labor AND operations. They must be paying their technicians $500/hour! Just a heads up to readers here, the "service fee" does not cover labor and the pricing of Bullseye's parts is where they are making their money. Buyer beware. read more

Our A/C stopped working. The unit is about 6 years old but has been reliable until now. There was no power to the thermostat and the unit would not turn on. I know enough about A/C systems to be dangerous so I checked the breakers and the drain pan safety switch. I didn't see anything obviously wrong so I called Bullseye. The Tech arrived on time, was polite and got to work immediately. Within about 15 minutes he discovered a loose connection at the air handler. The wiring lugs had not been tightened correctly at installation. He restripped the wires, reconnected them and the system was back up and running. Yes, I got lucky and it was a simple fix but like anything, it's only "simple" when you know what you're doing and I didn't! Thank you Bullseye for great service! read more

Josh installed new improved garbage disposal for me today. My old one died yesterday morning. I had called late afternoon yesterday they do have same day service which is good to know for emergencies. I was okay with waiting for today. Gave me full information so I was aware of my choices. Our tankless water heater broke; we called a plumber who thought he fixed it but it only lasted for one hot shower. He told us to call an electrician. The electrician couldn't fix it and told us to call a plumber. We went 7 days without hot water. Underneath all the other stickers on the tankless I found the number for Bullseye. I called on a Friday night and they were out early the following morning, had the entire history of our tankless, and gave us appropriate options after discussing our warranty. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and we decided to go with a new digital tankless (due to that age of our unit & the lack of regular maintenance). Nick picked up and installed a beautiful more efficient tankless in less than two hours and guaranteed every part of his work. my neighbor was having work done and i noticed my yard was being dug up. i went over to the gentleman that was digging, and let him know he was now on my property and he was VERY hostile towards me and he said "I don't like the way you're coming at me right now". i unfortunately did not catch this man's name because of the fact that he was so rude but i am giving this review 5 stars solely based on the other technician who was on site, who kindly told me his name was Josh Foley. he was an excellent worker and he was SO kind and polite and apologized for the other tech's behavior. i even went out of my way to offer Josh some lemonade and not the other tech. please give Josh Foley high praise for his customer service, and please fire the rude tech. he is not a good representation for your business. read more

Seems asking for a refund is NOT Possible with this company. Not to mention they are EXTREMELY Overpriced for less than 45 minutes; and few MINOR parts. Yes the pipe was patched with TWO parts: 1) A plug & 2) An elbow, which took less than 45 minutes. However a trench was dug ot to 99.9999999% of the work by me to get to the pipe. Noting, only signed this since I wasn't sure how much more was needed to be dug out. Seems one of the personnel, Cole?, wanted to talk to me over the phone. Plus I gave him many days to respond to my request. But what is so hard to understand when one says the trench was dug out by me and the techs did .00000000001% digging. Is a job like this working less than 45 minutes and costing close to $1,000 worth it??.. I think NOT. I encourage anyone thinking about hiring BULLSEYE HOME SERVICES to look at the accumulating ONE Star ratings; and see how similar the comments are. I will never recommend them or use them again. My sink disposal died. The came out and asked me if I wanted to replace the out the same model. I thought it was really expensive but it was the cheapest. The bill came to $538.00!!! The disposal at Home Depot was $179.00. We're in the hell do they get $340.00 for installation!!! We hired them and 24 hours later the work was done with high quality, economically and with a mask on. Less than two months later the AC was on the fritz. Called Bullseye. Again, options. I always liked Leland because they were always professional and affordable and the new company, Bullseye, seems to care about customer satisfaction and training their people. They sent someone out right away to diagnose my faucet leak problem and gave me several options. Then they sent Kyle and Chuck out the very next day. These guys were very polite, skilled, professional and they did their work efficiently and left everything nice and clean. I love my new shower faucets and they also replaced the broken shut off valve outside. read more

I have been a contractor/plumber for 35 years was not at my home in Florida when the toilet backed up from my guest staying over. Called bullseye and got a price of around $70 to do a diagnostic check. Came out several days later met my friend and came up with a bill nearly $600 to remove the toilet run a snake to clean, change the wax seal and the riser. Paid him for his diagnostic told him to leave he's a rip off. I came down the following week put a garden hose in the drain line in five minutes cleared the plug, change the wax seal and the riser. The kid that came never made an attempt to even try to unplug it for the $70 service call. Did absolutely nothing other than walk into the house and listen to the problem what was wrong. They should be shamed of themselves with those kind of prices taken advantage of people down here. At least I'm capable of fixing it and if I was here wouldn't have even called them. Took me less than an hour to lift the toilet cleared the drain put it back together. Now I know why driving past their location they have so many trucks parked outside because they are rip offs! read more

We recently had bad sewer back up problem on a weekend. Jessie arrived promptly and suggested removing the toilet to clear the line. This was accomplished and thankfully the line cleared. However, we feel that the charges for one hour work was excessive. The cost was over $600.00 . We had to sign a waiver that if it wasn't fixed, too bad for us. The sewer is now fine but the toilet that he removed to clear the line is leaking (now we have to call another plumber to reset the toilet with the correct seal. We hired Bullseye to fix two toilets and install a pop up sink drain. Considering the good price we got for new toilets we opted to go that route. We like the new ones and may decide to install another. The new toilets are higher, have a very powerful flush and quick refill. Also has soft close seat and lid. I got scheduled very quickly. When we bought our home and had toilet issues I was so glad we called Bullseye they were a great company to work with. Very professional and reasonably priced. They were very quick to find our pipe clog. We had them install 2 high flush toilets, 2 AC units, a water softener and were very happy they could get us an electric tankless water heater. They are unbelievable. I had a punctured copper line in the dining room. Being new to the area, I went on the advice of my next door neighbor who had a great experience with Leland, and called them. They responded the same day since it was an emergency. They fixed the copper line and went on their way for less than $300. I was amazed. After the drywall was repaired, they came right out and installed the valve for the utility sink at no charge. I spent about 40 minutes with them as they answered questions I had about the replumbing job that had been done by others prior to my purchasing the home. It cost me 1,297 to replace a 40 gallon hot water heater. Stinger told me hot water heaters cost 900 I said I see them on Lowes for 369 for the heater. I will never use Bullseye again. read more

This business sent two plumbers to repair a hot water heater and then a gas leak. To the or credit they did not bill for the first visit but also did not repair the heater. But the second visit to repair the gas leak was billed even though no repair was effected. After a call to the business about the unjust billing, the owner called and demanded over and over again to know who repaired the heater and the gas leak with no resolution to the billing issue.
