Reached out via Yelp to Jason (the owner) on a Saturday, not expecting to hear back until Monday since the office is closed on weekends. To my surprise he reached out, and although initially they were busy until the next week, they ended up being able to fit me in on Monday afternoon (super appreciative since one of our showers kept dripping water even when it was turned off and I didn't want to continue wasting water). Todd came out to help us and was super friendly. Had the shower fixed in about 45 minutes. For those curious about price transparency, it's the trip ($75) plus the part needed plus the time ($30 per 15 min). Would recommend! read more

I called them based on Yelp reviews to come and do a simple job of replacing AI stainless hose for my faucet that had worn over time. I had ordered the hose online. Doing research, I called them and they came within 2 days. Rates were very reasonable, especially since they do 15-minute increments. Work was professional and well done, they arrived timely and finished quickly. Very pleased and will use them again. read more

Fast service and competitive pricing. Most big guys try to upsell on other things these guys just found issue and fixed

I have used them in the past and those services went ok. Every time I have contacted them through Yelp. Now it's been 3 days since I contacted them to help with a drain problem with no response. Not very good service. I'm going to have to find another plumber now. Attached is a photo of the messages I have sent to Gallo Plumbing with no response. read more

I scheduled Gallo to install an electric hybrid hot water heater (uses a heat pump to assist heating water and minimize electricity consumption) that I had purchased on my own. The tech arrived as scheduled and was very courteous and professional. Hybrid water heaters are not too common yet, and have unique features unlike most water heaters. The tech carefully planned then installed the hybrid with new pipe routing and fixtures. A superb job that's been running well for weeks. The price was more than the estimate; however, I fully understood the additional labor to reroute the piping. My one con: A $75 additional charge for "travel" seemed unreasonable for a 14 mile drive. read more

Monday rolls and I get a call to advise the plumber was on his way and should be here in 15 to 20 minutes. Exactly when Del and Todd arrived. These guys are super nice, clean, and ready to work. Loved it! Both issues resolved in one hour and prices quoted were prices charged! This operation is the way all service professionals should be. I have been using Gallo Plumbing for about a year now. Their service has been EXCEPTIONAL. They have completed many tasks at various times, always on time, very professional, and always clean up when they're done (like it's their home). An important thing to me is their reasonable pricing, and they don't sell you services you don't need. I'm not a plumber, what do I know? I appreciate a professional who is knowledgeable and uses their expertise to advise me on the best solution to any problem. Del and Scott have come out a couple of times and been a great team to accomplish tasks quickly. Thank you, Gallo Plumbing, for your continued outstanding service. read more

I did a review this morning on the wrong plumbing company. This one was absolutely perfect, and I'll use them again in the future!

Great guys. Out to do the job within a week. Came in at lower end of quote. Will definitely call again.

Gurgling noises coming from my shower drain were the 'uh-oh' signal that something was wrong. I figured it was also time to have a few minor, but pesky adjustments made by an actual professional (with the right tools and more hand strength than me). I had called Gallo to the rescue once before and was happy with the results, so I felt confident about ringing them up this time. Gallo gave me a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled me quickly. Kyle, the technician who came to do the work, was friendly, hard-working, efficient, and handled all of my problems in no time. Gallo is definitely a 'go-to' in my book. And thanks again, Kyle! read more

Jason and his crew have been taking care of our home and rental properties for many years. Always quick, clean and fair with pricing.

Talked to several plumbers before I finally found the right one. The cut-off valve for our toilet stopped working, so water was constantly, not intermittantly, running. As well, the fill valve broke, rendering the toilet unusable. I was in need of same day service and hoped for fair pricing. I was able to get both. Kyle arrived on time, wearing a mask, and very professionally fixed our bathroom problems. He clarified what needed to be done and, in a congenial spirit, did his work. Gallo Plumbing just earned another loyal customer! read more

Was referred to Gallo by my excellent appliance repair guy. Very pleased with their service from the moment I called my problems in until they finished the work. Definitely recommend the company and especially Kyle! Charges were fair and not budget busting! read more
