Relaible, Fair Pricing & Great Service! Company installed new hot water heater in Dec. '24. Today, 7/5/25 (holiday weekend), a small leak caused water spillage to soak a portion of the wooden platform in the garage, which dripped onto plastic bins on the floor. Called Company and a technician (Kyle) called within an hour to say that he'd be at my home as soon as possible. He arrived within the promised time frame and went to work looking for the leak. Once located, Kyle need to take the piping for sealing and returned soon with the repaired pipe. Throughout the afternoon, Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and determined to fix the leak. Fortunately, I was covered by their warranty, and there was no charge. Part of the issue had to do with the original installation (as stated by Kyle), but the service call rectified the problem. If ever I have another problem - I will only request Kyle. I have a signed receipt with no charge, and a zero balance due which justifies my choosing this company in the first place based on great reviews. Highly recommend! read more

We bought an old house with some issues and had Phillip's Plumbing out on several occasions. After talking us into replacing all of our plumbing completely, they came back with a reasonable estimate and got to work. In a 2 week span, they lost 2 days of work when they sunk their digger in the mud, and 2 days of no-show. We started getting nervous about their capability. When they were finished, they charged us $6k more than estimated, and refused to put anything in writing for 2 full months, despite fighting with them to do so (we needed it for the insurance company). We learned that they had only replumbed 3/4 of the house, had created a large, 2-foot hole in our concrete foundation (which was left open and never patched/filled), and they "forgot" to install a necessary P-trap. (In addition to dozens of broken pavers and wall/ceiling damage we had to fix in their wake.) When I demanded that they finish the work we hired them to do, they reluctantly agreed - and we are STILL waiting. They have had 5 months to make this right. As if the pandemic wasn't bad enough, my family is stuck in a home breathing in raw sewage every day. It's seriously affecting our physical and mental health. Stay far away from Phillip's. read more

Truly a good company to work with. Straight forward and honest with dependable people to help you. I had a leak at my back flow and the county said it was on my side so I had to have it repaired. I called Phillips Plumbing because they are local and a well established company. I spoke with Joe, their Master Plumber. He said it was an easy fix and told me what to do. I have experience doing pvc work. Joe told me that I could do it myself and save some money or they could come out the next day and fix it. Joe gave me the confidence to attempt it myself. With a couple complications, I completed the project myself. Phillips Plumbing even stopped by to see how the project was going and if I needed any help. This is an honest company that cares about people and helping those that need it. I have a 1960's block construction home with slab foundation, so they had to run the new lines via the attic. Very little space, but they got it done quickly and neatly. Phillips came out to clear a clogged sewer line that backed up my shower and two sinks. I called in the morning and spoke to the owner who was very very nice. He had two techs out within two hours. They took about 45 minutes and cleared the lines. They also kept me very informed on what was happening and taught me a little bit about my plumbing system. They also recommended that I contact a tile person to ensure the shower that was remodeled before we purchased the house was installed correctly. No plumbers are cheap, but their price was in line with what I've paid for the time in the past. I'd rather give my money to a company that has been around this long and has knowledgeable career plumbers working for them. I would recommend and use Phillips again in the future. read more

This is the second time I've used them and I'm sure it won't be the last. Sam put in a water heater and changed out a water shutoff valve plus gave me some excellent advice. Have used them twice due to a recommendation. The first was a bad wax ring around the toilet. Replaced it and also the bolts holding down the toilet. Found the fill valve was corroded and replaced it. Very reasonable bill. Second time was leak under sink. Had the valve replaced and didn't take long or cost too much. read more

I cannot express how impressed I am with everyone I interacted with at this company!! From the moment I called, I was reassured about my project and given an immediate course of action. They worked around my schedule to come out and look at the project and were able to come out the next day to make the repair. After receiving other quotes for this project ranging from $7k-$28k, which would result in the destruction of the inside as well as the outside of my home, Donald showed up and came up with a plan of action to get my kitchen back in order for a fraction of the cost other plumbers were quoting me, and without all of the destruction. Rather than taking advantage of someone in a desperate situation, he genuinely wanted to help me. He and Marty showed up the next day and got straight to work. They had to dismantle a portion of my flower bed, removing some plants and rock in order to gain access to the pipe for the repair, but to my great surprise, they put everything back the way it was! They even re-planted my plants! Donald even went the extra mile to come back out the next day to repair the large hole that was made in the front of my house by a previous plumber that attempted to make the repair. I would (and already have) recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company that genuinely wants to help at a very fair price! A+++ from me all around! I recently had an issue in our rental house on Iroquois. The service provided by the service tech John Colbin was exceptional. Had to come out two different days to fix multiple issues. His service and knowledgable experience was wonderful. As a woman I really value respect, and that he gave with abundance. If no one had recognized him yet for the value that he adds to Phillips Plumbing, then I suggest this man gets recognized. 100 percent scam. Two guys showed up to change a washer in a bathroom facet. Spend 30 minutes saying they could not get the facet handle off because the screw was stripped then used my old facet stem removed years ago and charged me $169.00. BEWARE: This company is absolutely terrible. The other three reviews have most likely been written by employees or friends. They are deceitful, not trustworthy and practice bait & switch. The person on the phone identified himself as John and gave me a fair cost for the job when we made the appointment. Sam, the plumber complained about the other employees from the minute he walked in until he left. After he removed my existing plumbing fixtures, he told me that there was much more to be done and he would need to break through the wall and would need to replace old piping. He made a mess and did not clean up and left without completing the original job. Another person, Joe (said he was the former owner) at the office called me to demand twice the agreed on price for the job. When I asked to speak with John I was told that I had the wrong company and apparently he doesn't even work for the company. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office as I am a senior and they are clearly taking advantage of older people. read more

Fixed my faucet in March, paid $97.00, started leaking in August, came back out told me it needed a cartridge from Delta, which I ordered from a number they gave me, came back out to replace cartridge, said it did not fit and fixed the old one for $137.00. Cant tell me why they did not just fix the old one before. I do expect it to leak again. Took 2 people to fix. read more
