I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience with this company. We used this company for the commercial business I work for and I was the one who set it up so please do not say I never used you as my company did and I am not putting their name on here for privacy reasons. However, I feel compelled to share my experience. I'm giving this company two stars because, while they ultimately resolved the issue we hired them for, how their representative conducted himself was disappointing, especially considering the company's ability to address the problem effectively and they were fast and efficient during since our initial phone call. The technician who was dispatched to our commercial business to address a plumbing issue was, frankly, curt and unprofessional. His communication style left much to be desired, as he was only forthcoming with information if directly questioned. Throughout his visit, he made a series of snide remarks, seemingly under the impression that I, as the client, should possess the same level of understanding about the plumbing process. When it became evident that I didn't have this knowledge, his comments became noticeably rude, which significantly marred my experience with the company. Maintaining professionalism, especially since this interaction took place at my place of employment, I chose to smile through the discomfort. However, had this occurred in a personal setting, I would have felt compelled to address his behavior directly. There's a significant need for customer service training or a reminder that respectful and polite communication is crucial when dealing with clients, regardless of their level of expertise in the service being provided. read more

If I could give 10 I would....Ronnie and Rebecca SAVED me when I noticed my water heater was leaking on a Saturday. When I reached out to Rebecca, I was promptly called back to inform me I'd be getting a call from Ronnie. Ronnie was very efficient and knowledgeable with me on the phone. As a former property manager in Boston, Ma for 12 years, I felt very comfortable with the information he was providing me along with pricing, as I just moved down to Fl 6 months prior and he was referred to me. We agreed on what I needed and he arrived on Monday morning with a new heater. I was alone at the time, my husband working and I felt absolutely comfortable with Ronnie being in my home. (I even left him there while I ran a few errands) He was fast and did an excellent instal. Also hauled away my old one. They will continue to be the company I call upon. Rebecca who handles scheduling and paperwork is professional, kind and thorough. Pricing was reviewed prior to scheduling. Ronnie is punctual (he's been early most times in fact). He explains the problem in a clear way that I can understand. If there are multiple solutions he explains merits of each enabling me to feel involved. Ronnie also works extremely efficiently and quickly. Any messes he makes (if any) he cleans up. We were staying in Florida on vacation. Our rental home had a stoppage. We were not able to flush any toilets. They came out on a Saturday and performed a drain cleaning service. They cleared the drain efficiently and my family was able to shower. Great Job. I would recommend this company. read more
