Service is mediocre, the history comes from an automated recording so it lacks personality, fun, and engagement. The views from the top of the double decker were cool but not worth what they charge. I recommend you find a different company.

Mobsters and Lobsters is a mafia story laden trip that ends up at the south shore popular lobster eatery. Although Mother Nature and the traffic in downtown Boston decided yo play games with us the owner who's name actually is Tom Collins, started off with a quick quip yo get the folks settled and the first round of beverages were begun. Tom brings us around to the spectacular locations and spots where specific mobsters from the years past were doing their cunning and not so cunning work. Tom's knowledge for this thoroughly interesting topic is unmatched. His serious knowledge of the history of other significant historical places and events speckled with his dry "Bastan" humor. Made this trip extremely worthwhile. The duration was four hours long which also included a Lobster dinner at a local eatery on the south Boston harbor. I haven't laughed this hard in a long while. If you are in beantown for a spell. I highly recommend you and you motley crew join Tom for an interesting alcohol added trip back in time. I am positive your jaws and cheeks will be sore from laughing so hard. Be aware this is an "R" rated trip! But very worth it. Thanks Tom for making this a great memorable evening.

We walked outside and saw people getting off the duck tour boat around the corner. We asked a couple what they thought and they said listen it's pricey but DO IT! We had so much fun- and I could tell by their faces that they did. I've done it once before along time ago with my mom so I didn't really remember too much. And it was at the different location. But my fiancé had never experienced it and since I forgot about it we opted to do it, and I am beyond happy we did it, he wanted to drive to boat and was scared to raise his hand so I raised it for him, he was the last driver that day and he got to drive it pretty far. Needless to say he enjoyed it so much. I'm so glad we did it. We had the Skydiver he was funny and pretty cool. You get a lot of information about Boston, and then wham you go from land to sea- creepy but cool. It was kind of chilly that day, but we enjoyed yourselves. A nice tour for sure!

Captain Kim manned the Duck vehicle except for part of the tour on the Charles River when customer Katia from Texas volunteered to steer up and down the river. Ben, narrator shared info of how the history we learned in school was totally wrong. Who we thought were responsible for the Declaration of Independence were corrupt, spread propaganda about the Boston Massacre which started as an accidental rifle shot went off and to cover up lives were lost in the confusion. They names we thought were great men were actually planners of the Boston Tea Party. He even dispelled the story of Paul Revere riding through the streets shouting the British are coming... that shattered how history was portrayed and actually was a sham. Ben did point out The Union Oyster House where we chose to have lunch at after the duck tour. He also shared tidbits about Leonard Nimoy, where Kennedy used as a permanent address and how Adam Sandler is a regular whenever he visits Boston.

People had to sit on laps and on stairs to avoid "standing", which is against the rules. The driver kindly explained to people he was full and spent a lot of time trying to convince existing passengers to "make room" by piling on top of another, which is unpleasant when we clearly paid for separate tickets. It's not our fault you reduced your service to every 30min in the rain? Also, the trolleys have no windows, which means in the rain they have these plastic flaps that come down and zero ventilation. this meant the plastic fogged up from the heat and we could not see anything. Some of us struggled to breathe inside with no air circulation, and with no umbrella bags we also sat in puddles of water while getting soaked. I feel with the amount of rain Boston sees, the trolley tour should have a solution or not operate.
