This is an "order at the counter, find a seat, and wait for your food" type of place. There isn't a lot of seating so if you come at a busy time, you might have to find someplace else to sit. I'd take off another 1/2 star due to the lack of helpfulness by the guy working the counter/register. We were the only customers there and considering the different options and he answered with short responses and offered no suggestions. Hands down the best shawarma I have had in the Boston area!! I got the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich with fries. They put the fries inside the shawarma sandwich so they do get a little soggy. They have a lot of items on the menu including plates and sandwiches. They also have meat pies, spinach pies, pides and dessert. My friend got a falafel sandwich and she really liked it as well. The prices are also on the cheap end and the serving size is huge. I'm assuming the shawarmas with fries won't travel well so perhaps avoid it for delivery. Request for owners: consider introducing shawarma "on the rocks" which is shawarma on rice with garlic and hot sauce or "on stix" on French fries. My salad was about 50% chicken, which for some people might be great, but when I order a salad I generally hope for something lighter--otherwise, I might as well have gotten a wrap, which will definitely be my choice next time. Also, with so much dressing, it was nearly impossible to save some for later (and I tried), so I didn't even eat most of it. But, what I was able to eat was good. The salad also was definitely one of the worst we have tried, both of us only took one bite of the falafel and could not eat anymore. The fries were not hot and not crispy.
